I think they make Liberty ties for scabs, we wear the APA unity ties...........remember be a good Union pilot!.

Fact: For 8 years you flew for almost $40/hour less than anyone else out there

FACT: You NEVER got the Nic overturned

FACT: USAPA has $12,000,000 that belongs to it's members or APA since you were an ongoing concern that is now being handled by your current union, APA.

FACT: Your reps have already walked out of meetings so hinder the progression of the SLI

FACT: You STILL only propose DOH (or a version of it called longevity)

FACT: Wye River could not overturn binding arbitration

FACT: USAir East got the top 517 pilot slots

FACT: Nicolau warned you that you were not going to like what he was giving you since you would not come off DOH

FACT: The courts have repeatedly rebuked USAPA, I have read all of the findings of the court

Now, once again, let's get back to important stuff like have you seen any good movies lately?"

Pilot: Binding arbitration. So the company believes in binding arbitration. We have a binding arbitration for seniority. Does the company believe in binding arbitration or not?

Parker: The binding arbitration you’re talking about I think – I’m pretty sure what you are talking about – that was an ALPA process that resulted in binding arbitration. That wasn’t a company process. That’s ALPA to ALPA seniority integration that says if you can’t get it resolved we go to binding arbitration is ALPA policy not company policy. If the company’s in binding arbitration, yea we believe in binding arbitration.

Who exactly are trying to convince / sell, Clax?  I don't know how this will finish, BUT it will finish. 
 
Hey, did you ever wonder WYE the APA named George Nicolau as a selected aribitrator for the LUS/LAA SLI process?  Don't you think that might be kind of a "tell" of how this event will begin?  Just sayin'....

Who exactly are YOU trying to convince? No one out east has to worry about $675 "Liberty" tie sales...and I'd suggest caution here, since your admission that you don't at all know (or even could have any actually honest clue) how this will finish might harm contributions and sales somewhat.
 
Maybe you should just stick with posting yet another heroic cry of "This is Sparta! (with an accompanying movie clip of course) and hope for even the dimmest among your throng to remain properly impressed....Just sayin'...
 
I must admit though that: "I don't know how this will finish, BUT it will finish" is indeed a valid point for all of human life...and even the universe it's very self's existence....And thanks as always for the dependable chuckles. 🙂
 
P.S. Perhaps while obviously drowning in that vast ocean of intellect that's seemingly now shared by all "spartan" posters...well...maybe "you'se" should just stick to discussing jockstraps....? Just a gentle suggestion.

There has never been any legal agreement to use the Nic. Never, or it would have been used. That's a fact unaffected by all the whining facts you quoted (from an ignorant LAA pilot who has yet to reveal the cause for his rabid obsession with something that is none of his business).

FACT: a contract was required to implement the accepted list. No contract was attained... Thus no implementation.
