It's a foreign concept to Eastpus and the rest of those Usapians. They think they can delay SLI and not face those pilots they tried to cheat.
They made their beds.

You are still sitting in the exact same place where you were when they announced the merger.... in PHX (accept for when you are flying on day 2 & 3 of your 4day trips when you are in CLT, PHL, DCA, and all the other East cities).

What are you complaining about?  Every time you go on a trip its like a vacation to paradise!

All those "Eager little fish" wanted was to kill of your fake scab union. It worked beautifully. Now you get to enjoy this POS contract for years to come because  your unrestrained arrogance and self importance provided a motivation stronger than that offered by a labor contract. Again. As will every other perceived misfortune in your shitty career, It's your fault.

Wow! That's actually your "thinking"?....Seriously? All the current contract does to "harm" me personally is provide a higher hourly rate for the duration of my brief tenure to go. Hopeless fools like yourself will however be living with it's effects for years to come, and for "reasons" for your voting for it; did it honestly never even occur to "you'se" that the APA was bound to take over anyway? Per your brilliant "it's your fault"?...How is it any fault of mine that drooling village idiots like yourself falsely fantasized that a contract, ANY contract, no matter how wretched, would somehow, magically be the end to all your seniority woes? I did my honest best to argue people out of voting in favor of both the disastrous MOU and the toxic contract. What you'll live with for years to come is entirely the product of your own stupidity. I'll just take the few extra nickels in the meanwhile and have to rather sadly and cynically laugh. See listings under Puck: "Lord what fools these mortals be."

As for "It worked beautifully"?....Whew!...I can now more easily imagine the immediate results of your interview with the FBI:

Not at all Davey boy, we are looking forward to it, be sure to tell the panel all you bring to this merge and hope they don't laugh. But also remember you really don't belong here, you're very lucky little boy.
Isn't Cactusboy Dave? Just trying to help you out. 😉

Trial exhibit No. 14 is also an open letter. Although undated, it reports
a conversation that occurred in early June 2007 between Mr. Bradford and
Chris Katzenbach of Katzenbach and Khitikan, a law firm. This exhibit
states the following facts, all of which are stated in trial exhibit Nos. 314
and 315: (1) that Katzenbach represents a group of American Eagle pilots
Trial exhibit No. 14 is also an open letter. Although undated, it reports
helping them to set up an independent union to oust ALPA from that
airline; (2) that Mr. Katzenbach was impressed with the America West Pilot
final brief submitted in the Nicolau Arbitration; and (3) that Mr.
Katzenbach advised that, by forming a new bargaining agent, the East
Pilots could get around the Nicolau Award. The only point made in trial
exhibit No. 14 that is not disclosed in exhibit Nos. 314 and 315 is that Mr.
Katzenbach cautioned Mr. Bradford that when communicating the reasons
for forming USAPA and when selling USAPA to the East Pilots he must not
reveal that the reason for creating USAPA was to “abrogate” the Nicolau
Arbitration. exhibit No. 314 to No. 315. Trial exhibit

Your side's only objective was to get around an agreement by any means possible and to hide the real reasons for forming USAPA.

So much for integrity.

Man up and stop whining! If your Nic was so correct, then you should have no doubt that the 3 arbitrators will duplicate it, if not give you something even better!

I highly question the integrity of OJ Simpson, I think everyone knows he was guilty. But, his lawyers, doing what lawyers do best (exploiting loopholes). Got him aquited.
As far as I'm concerned, my USAPA lawyers did the same for me. Kept my career from being crushed, and hurt no one in the process. Remember, no one in PHX was displaced, lost their Captains bid etc. My unions offer was to guarantee those protections to the west. But they wanted the best of all, to get access to my sides attrition.... The west wanted something that wasn't theirs, all under the auspices of it wouldn't have existed if they haven't saved us.
Well, you took your chance at NIC or nothing and until now you got nothing. Let's see where the panel of arbs places the ball.
And yes, before you ask, EVERYONE WILL ABIDE BY THIS ARBITRATION, ITS FEDERAL LAW!

west pilots actively campaigned to maintain separate pay scales. Parker took full advantage to not attain a JCBA. west pilots then accuse USAPA of delay. west pilots knew a JCBA was needed to implement the Nicolau. west pilots then accuse east pilots of not having integrity.
The 2004 hires have hijacked your careers west pilots. You can thank them for the very suspicious IT problems the company will experience far into 2018 .

Mitch Vasin will look into the mirror and see the reason for the delay. The Phoenix Summit grad bears much responsibility for the failure to get a JCBA for the Nic. Parker knew his dupe Vasin would react with emotion and not figure out he was taking advantage of lower east pay.
Vasin played right into the plan. Congrats 2004 hires. You made it happen.

I've got a challenge for you Eastpus. How about a few less embarrassing headlines due to poor airmanship.

American Airlines flight veers off North Carolina runway
By Amy R. Connolly
June 11, 2015 at 6:21 AM

A Paris-bound American Airlines flight veered off the runway at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport in North Carolina, leaving a three-foot deep,15-foot long gash on the pavement.

Flight 786 was lining up for takeoff about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday when it attempted a U-turn and veered off the runway, airline spokeswoman Alexis Aran Coello said. No one was hurt.

Maintenance workers inspected the airplanes' left landing gear and deemed it safe to fly. The flight was scheduled to land in Paris at 8:25 a.m., but was delayed until 10:27 a.m. Thursday.
