It is enough to say that the Nicolau Award is a valid award produced by a fair and impartial process, fully grounded in the facts presented therein, entirely consistent with the governing SLI jurisprudence and never characterized by any tribunal that has had occasion to review it as unsound in any way.

I'm impressed. It takes a high dollar lawyer to eloquently admit the Nic has no affirmative warrant to be admitted as an equal to the three lists, much less as more dispositive than the current three lists... It's a pretty red herring with a silver tongue reneging on both the MOU and the PA.

You do realize your lawyer isn't playing to the arbitrators.. He's playing to the gullible donators. And he's pretty good for those that are blinded by passion.

You are gullible enough to assume you are effective because (in your mind) your ties are offensive, but everyone else clearly sees you have marked yourself as one of the fleeced.

I have never complained about the ties. Never. I think they are absolutely hilarious. :Lol:

The apa proposal will be, like the Southwest/Air Tran pilot merger, put out for a vote.  Your more senior dominate awa pilots and most junior CA and F/O East pilots will approve it separately.  This will be truly final and binding.

Are you saying it's true each of the West Merger Committee members actually flew an AWA 747 once upon a time? Are you saying it is true each of them saw a poster of the 747 once upon a time? Are you saying it is true each of them sat in a 747 as a kid, once upon a time?

Nah, but I still have to wonder why "you'se" are so desperate to bid onto east equipment of any kind....what with that apparently vast fleet of 747's that pic would imply and all...?
 
Oh well. Along with the dust-covered nic; at least you can also show the arbitrators a picture of long-gone glory days that'll be sure to impress...although I'm not personally 100% certain that will work, but who knows? 😉
 
P.S. When did AWA rid it's self of the 747? I'd thought that happened way back in the earliest '90's. Hmm...were your west merger folks even working there then?...Or is this just another case of a T-shirt/Tie/picture's worth a thousand little fantasies?
