I said the West proposal put me about where I expected. I never said I found the NIC acceptable. I believe we are stuck with it, like it or not. I suppose the fine print will come from Judge Silver's court where she is probably none too happy to have just been overturned. It would have been nice to have made a descent showing in the 9th, but our lawyer didn't want to answer any questions or offer testimony. So, we are where we are, and the more energy we expend trying to undo what has just been done, the less we are focused on what the AA pilots would like to do to the rest of our careers.
