On June 26, 2015, the USAPA Merger Committee notified the Arbitrators that, in light of the Ninth Circuits decision, it would not be able to participate in the hearings scheduled to start on June 29, 2015.

You have changed from a mandatory nic, to an if nic, excellent progress. 
 
Monday the arbs will tell East and west they have one more chance as a team vs amr pilots to compromise or they will be taking over.  The west will keep on with their steady nic or nothing, the East will say no.
 
Three lists in the arbs hands will be the result.  LAA pilots will do their best to avoid arbitration after hearing from johnny mac and mitch vasalino, on the c & r board, how 1200 west pilots think they run the show now.
 
Conrad will freeze some money for attorney fees, no other legal option.
 
The army of lyingitas website actually has a very good update, including no plans for a nic is ours picnic in the near future.  They did not mention the bottom line;
 
East and west agree on something (not likely) or it goes to 3 arbs with 3 lists.

so what is it called when you directly violate a court order? Not like it really matters. Your Union...the APA will just submit it for you. It's their DFR. Something your failed scab Union experiment never understood.

There is no court order, and APA was in no way included even if there was an order.

You spent millions trying to prove USAPA inherited ALPA's DFR... You think APA didn't see how much money you spent... Prepare to spend it again... (Ha, the APA knows you can't afford the money or the years to prove APA inherits ALPA's DFR).

The 9th fell in the forrest and no one was there to hear it.

I tend to think something along those lines will take place, they will never get the NIC or I guess they can have it only in PHX. Our group has a DFR ready to go, the APA sure has a mess on their hands.


This will be tied up for ages. ............fair and equitable.
