The here and now CB53. Not the past.
Fact: the Ninth refused to order the West request of an un modified Nicolau List in the upcoming MB process.
Fact: The APA has submitted a legal brief that supports East pilot representation unemcumbered.
Fact: American Airlines has submitted a legal brief that mirrors the above.
Fact: USAPA has done the same.
All to The Honorable Judge Silvers' Court.

Does Judge Silver issue an injunction that counters the ruling of a court legally recognized to be superior to her venue? And would it overturn the RULING of same superior venue?
Does Judge Silver issue an order contrary to the wishes of ALL parties to the SLI involved and subject to Federal guidelines of M/B legislation?

Let me know what you think.
Have a good night.

I'm having a great time watching you and Claxon getting excited about routine briefs. Right Claxon? Routine briefs.

Here you go Claxon, an appointment is scheduled:

ORDER (TEXT-ONLY) - IT IS ORDERED setting Oral Argument on [317] Motion for Permanent Injunction for 9/23/2015 at 2:00 PM, in Courtroom 604, 401 W. Washington St, Phoenix, Arizona, before Senior Judge Roslyn O. Silver. Counsel for Don Addington, US Airline Pilots Association, US Airways Inc., and Allied Pilots Association shall appear. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the [318] Motion to Expedite and [323] Motion for Leave to File are GRANTED. The Clerk's Office shall file Exhibit A of Doc. 323 as a Response to [317] Motion for Permanent Injunction. Entered by Senior Judge Roslyn O Silver on 9/15/2015. This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no PDF document associated with this entry. (TLB)
An appointment you say. I would term it a quandary. For as much as the Honorable Judge Silver might want, might wish, here is what is being asked of her. A Motion for Permanent Injunction. A request for injunction to require the East pilot group AND APA to use an unmodified Nicolau List in the upcoming SLI.
Paragraph 12 Ninth Court of Appeals: Ruling. : " WE DECLINE TO ORDER THE ISSUANCE OF THE WEST PILOTS' requested INJUNCTION THAT AN UNMODIFIED NICOLAU AWARD MUST BE USED TO ORDER THE SENIORITY OF THE EAST AND WEST PILOTS IN THE PENDING McCASKILL- BOND PROCESS."
So CB53, Snapthis: How does she do what the Ninth would not? And if she does, then what?
I say the APA now has to defend the rights of East pilots. The Company asks for a delay, and it WILL be granted.

I know you like to quote your own army of lyingitas routine briefs, but I like to quote briefs of those other than USAPA.  These particular APA and Company briefs I would not consider routine, they mention previous court decisions, where as marty's pilot clerks ask for a re do of the recent 9th decision.

I am sure the East pilots appreciate the west pilots helping to finance this soon to be conclusion, that you will not like the outcome of.

If she grants you your injunction, you lose. If she doesn't, you lose.
If she gives you the injunction as you ask, she usurps the Ninth. That opens the APA up to having to defend the rights of East pilots. That opens her up for appeal. Appeal means delay. Delay means more legal work by Harper. This one is on your dime.

Exactly. Those are actual briefs not presented as facts as typically done by West posters, notably Snapthis to be specific.

How about you take the time to answer the question, instead of dodging the issue as per standard.
Thank you in advance. Have a good night.

How about relaxing.

Obviously you are the one stressed out because the only ones who believe your BS are in your little circle of deception above.

Par for the course.

They would not have honored that agreement either if we would fallen for their BS. Usapians are not to be trusted. No matter what they call themselves today. The only agreements I want to see are in the form of court orders and injunctions.
Instead you will get an MB Award, and like it.

You need to relax as well. You'll get your answer via Motion for Permanent Injunction for 9/23/2015 at 2:00 PM, in Courtroom 604, 401 W. Washington St, Phoenix, Arizona, before Senior Judge Roslyn O. Silver

Relax, your tenure is safe. Perceived seniority is what is at stake.

How did the Judge become senior, did she perceive she saved another district courts judge jobs or was it tenure?
