I bet you a cake that when this is over the methodology used by the BOA is closer to LAA than the other two.

The numbers for the 350s, Group 4 AC, etc will be corrected by the BOA.

I agree, TJ.  The east is irrelevant bunch of gregarious parrots squawking about methodologies not used since 1989...  And they're probably going to be on the illegal side of the law after next week.  Game over for the east!

. I guess that those compass mirrors can be useful if you are ever a castaway 😉
Sometimes they used those mirrors to check a nice looking PAX.

There was also a removable cap that had interesting reading material
Inserted.

You might take a break from clucking long enough to figure out that if we get hosed, you get hosed right along with us.

Is anything said here or on C&R going to have any effect on how the BOA rules?

What do you think of the East MC proposal?

Does it do anything to persuade the BOA to give us a better award?

Nothing will surprise me. AA might get spanked as it looks like they are at it again. The arbitrators know the agreements were never met to implement the Nic. And everyone knows that the former U.S. Air pilots lose everything no matter what!

I know the the AA proposal put me back another 500 numbers from where they had me the last time!

Again with the wrong conclusion.

The West and the West merger committee strongly support the Arbs autonomy.

As I posted a week ago, all the West needs is for the APA to come through and they did.  By supporting a new east MC independent of uscaba, the APA has now inherited the Nic, and is on the hook for DFR from the West.

Who wants to bet the nAAtive MC comes to the table with a Nic based proposal?

Called that one right....

Simple math for the simple minded...take your number from the AAPSIC proposal....multiply by 2..add your number from the West proposal and divide by 3..."voila"  your new number at AAL!

So can we dispense with all the theatrics of scab committees withdrawing and suing etc....you eastholes got more than you deserved in the NIc and now you are riding the coattails of the West to get more than you deserve at AAL, so don't worry be happy!

The only proposal that will get spanked ( ignored is a better word) is the east"s when it walks from the SLI.

Well, actually ignored is the wrong word.  It will be referenced in the final award so that there is no claim of an unfair process due to lack of representation, however it will be dismissed for all the obvious absurdities in its reasoning.
