Is today April 1st? I thought she was gonna allow oral arguments.cactusboy53 said:Correction: Philip Plummer (354602) - LGA/CA/320/DOM - 4268 states "Silver Rules East Can Propose What They Want" without citing or quoting from an order or restraining order.
I too have heard that she has make a ruling. I think I'll wait for the actual ruling before I light my hair on fire.

You can read her order on c&r. The arbs have total control, as it should be, and as we all agreed.EastCheats said:Let's say she does, the AA reps are on record arguing for the Nic. 😉
Silver forgot to implement the Nic, and Marty billing is rapidly coming to a close, unless of course you all want to keep chasing the courts. Marty is willing and able, for as long as you shovel money his way.Metroyet said:Blah blah blah. What's to stop Silver from declaring the 2005 TA Complete and ordering the Nic effictive immediately? The arbs STILL won't have to use it in the SLI that the 9th was referring to. Their injunction is referencing the AMR merger. The AWA Merger is a whole different story...one that MB has ZERO influence upon. Remember Mike? Remember when you said you could cram a DOH list in lieu of the Nic because MB wasnt in effect? You were 100% correct...for once. Unfortunately for you, The tables have turned. Big time.
Oh, BTW, it is my fervent hope that USAPA is still spending former dues money on lawyers. I really do. Contempt of court gets one locked up in County Jail. I know 12 guys who would look good in prison orange.

The arbs will do what they want. I would not bet more than a Bud Light on what they will decide, but if I had to bet that much I would say Nic is diluted, if used at all. Perhaps a factor of credit for WBs to the west. Who knows? Moving on. The lawyers are finally past their zenith of billing!EastCheats said:Does the order say that arbs will ignore the West and AA briefs submitted to the panel which are in favor of the Nic? It appears you are still not Nic free. 😉

What was that again?Metroyet said:Rule 65. That's all you need to know. The BOA are most DEFINATELY not in charge of this.
The courts have abandoned you. They tried and tried and tried to push the Nic but they are out of steam and can't push any longer.EastCheats said:Sure they can and there can be challenges in court. What's in your wallet? 😉

AOL is now alone. The boa will publish their award and it will be unassailable. It will be what it will be.
It's not too late for the three committees (yes, three committees) to negotiate an agreement. Hahahahaha...
She didn't impose the Nic? Is that what you are saying?EastCheats said:Well, she no longer leaves you the out by not imposing the Nic. 😉
