Neither is safe, but I would first ask if the windows had been cleaned. Then you should see if a Fishbowl crew screwed up and set you up. If it was East, shame on them. Mine was a DELIBERATE setup. I can see you have situational ethics.
Met the incoming crew in the jet way. Maybe the skipper just has a weak left arm/grip. I'm sure that's it.

Boo Hoo. Suck eggs Michael.....

The wager's always open punk. Why not jump right on that and be the very first "spartan soldier" to show the whole world on video (and certainly us ancient, evil easties) just who's who and what's what instead of all this pitiful little internet princess crap you perpetually post? What a truly pathetic excuse "you'se" are for both a "man" and most laughably, any even supposed excuse for a "pilot" kid...but you know that already.  Have another fresh bib on me to wipe your drool off with little one.

P.S. I well recall all known quotes from the actual King Leonidas, and somehow, well..."Boo Hoo" isn't among them anywhere. I suppose one must attribute this to his not even being then able to at all imagine the sad state of later day, (however pathetically) self-fantasized widdle "spartans"...Oh well. No matter. Have fun with all your fantasies kiddies. Anyone with even a room temperature IQ foresaw that this wouldn't play out as "you'se" wished.

My my, are little flounder is quite chirpy tonight............and desperate, time has run out for the little AFO club and Marty wants his money

I wonder WYE he's on the meltdown tonight.

"BACKGROUND

The Ninth Circuit’s opinion recounts the lengthy and very confrontational history between the West Pilots, the East Pilots,(1) and USAPA. That history is not relevant here other than the fact that USAPA was unable to combine the East and West pilots into a single seniority regime after the America West/US Airways merger."

"Therefore, the West Pilots had time to ask
the Ninth Circuit to revise its injunction analysis to cover that possibility but did not do so. Based on the Ninth Circuit’s instructions, this Court likely does not have the power to grant the West Pilots relief the Ninth Circuit was unwilling to provide. But even if this Court had such power, it would be not appropriate."

1 As used here, “East Pilots” refers to the pilots at US Airways before the America
West/US Airways merger.
The above are words of wisdom from Judge Silver in her latest court order.

Sigh..."There goes the neighborhood" and property values in all of aviation as well.
Right back at you Capt. Stool Sample. This marriage would have been much better if AWA Holdings simply purchase the US Air assets. AWA, being the "can do" crew, would have surely made it happen.

No worries there. The funds would be deposited/secured to a third party of mutual agreement, suggestably an agency in LAS, to only be contractually disbursed after the contracted/wagered terms were concluded. Yes, that adds some "ticket price" to the experience, but I'd certainly never want to infringe on any "Integrity Matters" T-shirt wearer's notions of propriety or fairness in any way.

Personally?...I don't much like to play with wimps, since there's little sport in that, but I'm willing to make an exception in "you'se" case...since you're a mighty "spartan" and all. 😉

"...we ultimately will accord the Nicolau
Award the weight that we believe it is entitled to receive in the context of the particular seniority integration methodology that we utilize to develop a fair and equitable integrated list.(4)

Absent some restriction imposed by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the ability to advocate to this Board that a particular methodology ought to be utilized to help construct a fair and equitable integrated seniority list is not something that the Board would limit in any way. There may be any number of
methodologies that, if adopted, may be of use in developing an integrated seniority list that overall is fair and equitable. This Board has not yet had the opportunity to review and study the record evidence that will be introduced and, as a result, has not considered whether or to what extent weight appropriately ought to be given to the Nicolau Award in performing that function."

"(4) While enjoining the USAPA Merger Committee from participating in the McCaskill- Bond seniority integration arbitration, except to the extent that it advocates the Nicolau Award, the Addington majority recognized that, given the requirement of a ratification vote by all pilots for any joint collective bargaining agreement, it was unclear whether the Nicolau Award would have been implemented fully but for USAPA’s actions. Further, the court expressly declined to order that an unmodified Nicolau Award be used to order the seniority of the East and West pilots in the arbitration."
