it's simply a depiction of the Nicolau award?

updated?

What specifically did you do by way of
updated pilot information to adjust -- it says
updated pilot information.

How many times does Wilder want George Nicolau 's name in the record? How many times does he have to be told the Nicolau was the architect of the West proposal? If I were him, I'd shut the hell up. Crying about an OPINION of fairness and using it to justify 8 years of tyrannical DFR is a pretty stupid move IMO. His clients just never know when to stop digging.

So if the updated Nicolau is the status quo, who besides CactusPilot.com has published the updated Nic list?

Mr Kennedy of the AAPSIC only reinforces the validity of the Nic used in the proposals (including AA's) with his questions directed at the West witness.

I guess I would be excited too if I had gotten a windfall like the Nic. The arbitrator's job is to come up with a fair list, not to make sure the westies get what they want, or what we easties want, or what APA wants!

The list was a windfall to your top 500. He could have made it fairer to the pilots of the acquiring company rather than awarding those positions to pilots from a company a week away from liquidation. So I guess we agree, it was not fair. Hopefully, this time around, they will make if fair and equitable.

Your witness Mo Garfinkel was a great witness for the East.  Not once did he mention Phoenix.  He did however talk extensively about how the East franchise was the jewel in the merger and basically made the whole deal work.  Your boy Freund is sharp, but even he didn't dare bring that up more than Mo already did.  Wilder is the sharpest attorney and Kennedy is an idiot.

The East franchise was the jewel? It was headed for extinction.
If you polish a dinosaur turd long enough it might look like a jewel, I guess.

Yep. Such a jewel that 2 time BK POS was. BTW, there's just one US Airways, no "franchise". Just like USAPA was one labor union fairly treating ALL US Air pilots.....HAAAAAA!!!
