That's because you don't understand basic customer satisfaction and I truly hate to say it but you need to find employment in a position where dealing with the public is NOT part of your job duties.
HUH, PINEY you just dont get it.....I take care of the Passengers, I follow prooceedures too.....I dont own US AIRWAYS i work for them i follow there rules. I may disagree with them, but i follow them.....I agreeded to do that when I got hired.
NOW JUST SO YOU KNOW IF YOU ASK FOR THE CAN YOU GET THE CAN. THATS POLICY OTHERWISE WE POUR YOU A CUP.
