Why should DL not be able to impose the terms of employment as they see fit? By continuing to work for them you are giving tacit approval. You asked about DL negotiations, I answered. Yes I knew you were kidding but I still answered. What makes you think as an employee you should be able to dictate how DL operates and what they offer you in exchange for your productivity/skills/talent? I know you come from a different ideology, much like you believe tenure should be the basis for promotions and salary increases rather than merit. You work for DL, you deserve to be treated fairly but you shouldn't get to dictate the terms of employment.

Even for those that enjoy representation haven't had to wait that long for agreements to come to be...

So when's the vote then?

Better yet, how long does it take to count cards?

The IAM cards have expired and 700 posted that people are signing cards online which don't count they need need to be signed physical cards.

including pay raises that frustrate Laura Glading as she continues to spend her career chasing DL pay raises and early profit sharing distributions - of which the first part is not even half.ask WN employees right now how long they have been waiting for new contracts.
Doesn't frustrate Laura at all anymore , we have delta wages and industry leading WORK RULES . Pay no attention to him folks , for he will spin everything!!! This from the guy who said we already voted on our contract!!! You are losing the small audience and you credibility you have left. You lost a large large udience whe you got kicked off airliners.net. What small percentage that even responds to you here does so to call you out on you BS and bias!! As you always say " it's also worth noting " that you have completely been made to look a fool!!

you don't have DL profit sharing which is 15% above pay rates for this year.

if you were as confident in what AA has, you wouldn't be telling people to ignore me.

You do that because you are afraid that people will find out the truth which is that AA's contract is not industry contract.

Never said they are signing cards online as there is no such thing.

Point of order:

The "online cards" are ones employees can request that come autofilled except for a signature & date. Josh is correct that they then have to be signed/dated and sent in to count as valid.

Not something I would've set up, but they seem to have been fairly well received...

I'd love to know how much he lost in compensation from his employers once they found out he was KICKED OFF a site that had far more readers than this one?

Professional bloggers get paid not just from the message they are hired to sell but by the amount of posts and words as well. Too bad the company obviously doesn't consider if this blogger is effective or not or else he would probably no longer be here?

I wish they would consider all of his red marks that are more than anyone on this site and prove that he is a massive annoyance more than anything else.

Employer please FIRE World Traveller.

shoot the messenger since you can't win the argument with him.

I'm not paid. My only compensation is in knowing how much I ruffle your feathers.

I do get a whole lot of people's dander up.

the best part is that there are people on here with whom I debate but who are not ruffled because they are a lot more secure in their positions than obviously you are.

they don't cry for me to be removed - which won't happen anyway.

they learn how to engage in a spirited but respectful discussion - and I treat them with the respect that they are absolutely due.

too bad not everyone realizes that I treat people according to the way they act.

Respect???  Really?   You are joking!  you have called folks names and nailed peeps for their grammar and spelling and other crap   Get Real   Most of your DL BS on here is nothing more than pure BS      As I dropped a bag off at the Al Mighty Wiget some of my fellow coworkers told me today they cant wait til they become union.  They also say JUST BEC DL SAY 14% more PS over Pay Rate dont mean they will see the actual thing.  They say DL MGMT is like any other airline mgmt  DONKEYS!!

you say it.

the vast majority of DL employees do not. '

I'm not even sure that the vast majority of AA/US employees would say that about their own company.

perhaps you are the one with the distorted view of the world.

Nice try at the spin , and I'm more than confidant. You are running scared and I'm enjoying it!!
