Why should DL not be able to impose the terms of employment as they see fit? By continuing to work for them you are giving tacit approval. You asked about DL negotiations, I answered. Yes I knew you were kidding but I still answered. What makes you think as an employee you should be able to dictate how DL operates and what they offer you in exchange for your productivity/skills/talent? I know you come from a different ideology, much like you believe tenure should be the basis for promotions and salary increases rather than merit. You work for DL, you deserve to be treated fairly but you shouldn't get to dictate the terms of employment.
