Hey Dan McCurdy,
did DL not tell you when you were hired that you would be working on a different pay scale?

you do realize that the answer at other airlines is either for the IAM to make employees rebid their job when mgmt. decides they want to cut costs or to outsource jobs completely? You do realize that DL has preserved more stations for its employees than any other legacy airline? Meanwhile, WN's rampers are in a multi-year slowdown in negotiations while the company wants more outsourcing.

I'd love to see you all making top of scale X2 or 3 - but the industry simply doesn't support it and your unionized peers at other airlines aren't doing any better.

Glad to see you have to insult and call names and not debate.

You were wrong on the IAM Structure and how it operates and thats a huge error in your part.

DL had 14 ramp stations at the merger, NW brought the rest along.

And of course DL didnt close them as that would have brought a yes vote.

Why are large stations like CLT and MIA outsourced still?

Why are their contractors working along side DL ACS and not being DL Mainline jobs?

Spin spin spin, world fraudster aka the DJ.

And WN's rampers earn more than DL and have and they have PS also, spin that.

and DL could have outsourced them all but didn't.

meanwhile AA and UA with CBAs have whacked dozens of stations.

the nonsense that AA and UA scope has saved jobs is not matched by reality.

poor AA and UA rampers who are watching their DL peers get better scope protection without a CBA.

DL only had 14 stations to cut and they havent insourced one city since the merger, now have they?

They have cut many cities and UA just insourced over 800 jobs and work.

DL has cut many stations, they will be cutting jobs in CVG again.

And let me repeat this once again, they havent cut any stations until AFTER they voted on representation.

CVG, MSP, ANC, SLC, shall I continue?

Why at JFK and LGA are DGS and other vendors doing mainline work?

wrong again Wrong Frauster    PMUS has the best scope in the airline.   What part of that can you not COMPREHEND or GRASP???????    Secondly Not All Of DL Ramp is completely mainline either  that's a fact jack!   You are so stuck up DL tail its pretty dam pathetic.    UA scope is what it is bec of the lack of UA mgmt. complete disregard for their employees further brought by the fact the IAM agreed to it and by recommending it   and in the end the membership VOTED FOR IT.   That agreement should teach them a valuable lesson the next time.   Time will tell.   Now as for 141 AA cannot OUTSOURCE the ramp at the current cities and if they do the mainline jet count has to go below 7 a week   What part of that do you not comprehend??
And at numbers of cities work has been or is continuing to be INSOURCED    DO YOU COMPREHEND and GRASP this???????????
Not to mention wage increase for the next few years

As soon as someone stands up to you, you cry insults.
YOU the KING of all insults here on this SHAM of a thread YOU created.
Most everyone here has your number.
You are an OUTSIDER who has NO clue on the runnings of Delta Air Lines.
It's great to see more and more people see YOU for who you really are.
400+ pages and still nothing new but your useless propaganda where you have
been proven wrong over and over again.

This possible election has nothing to do with the Delta F/A's and everything
to do with he survival of the IAM.

You and the IAM are nothing but tools WE f/a's are using.
We will toss you out soon enough 🙂

a $4.30 reduction is quite a reduction....

Not just a reduction, but an injustice. The scale for post '09 employees has several years with *zero* wage growth.

Actually, Dan & I were told we'd be on a different pay scale. It was 5 yrs. to top out. Thanks IAM!

Seems some DL current and past employees dont follow DL Policies.

Delta Air Lines reached a tentative agreement on a new contract with the United Steel Workers (USW) after one month of negotiations.

Delta—in a joint statement with the union—stated, “After a month [emphasis added] of good faith negotiations, we’re pleased that we have reached a tentative agreement on all local issues including wages and benefits.”

Also, in a “2015 Look Ahead” memo to Delta Pilots, Senior Vice President of Flight Operations Capt. Steve Dickson stated that Delta will widen its lead over the competition by completing contract negotiations with Delta Pilots early.

Read the memo here.

Look whats in the memo:

Complete negotiations on a new Pilot Working Agreement prior to the amendable date
