Heard today the work rules will be available soon. Everyone will be given detailed information to review, those that are so disgruntled, unhappy, or just plain ignorant and unwilling to conform will be directed to the Admin Office with available resignation/retirement paperwork. Or you can stay around and likely face termination.
I can see some on this forum that if we believe how they post and there attitudes, they would qualify for seperation from AA. But I bet they do not leave.
Easy to whine, ####, complain, and remain miserable. You will be given a choice soon.
If it is untolerable for you, then go ahead and leave instead of continuation of poisoning the environment for those that would like to stay and hopefully have a future.
Once the headcounts are reduced overhaul will no longer be the majority and the next negotiations will set the stage for real MRO conversion. The Line will get theirs then, and overhaul will be fully converted to market rates and working conditions.
Maybe we can ask for an NMB Release and scare Horton into something other than a competetive cost structure? Oh yeah we already tried that and failed miserably.
