To: Tim Nelson…& tha Network of Solidarity…

Thank ya’ll for yer countless hours that have gone intah keepin’ tha IAM, as well management honest.

We all must stay focused! We (Fleet Service)know whut we have tah do…

We have all seen Mr. Nelson’s interpretation of where we should be in terms of
compensation to get us tah industry parity. Read it…study it…and remember it!.

Do not settle for less when tha next T/A rolls around !

Vote in tha New Direction boy’s in June !

please oh please NC trade away the profit sharing for a higher hourly wage .

I cant believe what im readin, you gotta be kiddin me, didnt this happen last aug/sept? Profit share was gone for a higher wage?
Now that m&r are givin away both profit share and coc language what do you think the co. will demand from fleet, dats right.
Mister Peabody, wheres the time machine?

Well on my end , this profit sharing check amounted to just about jack squat … then if you factor in the very real possibility of a recession , I see our airline struggling rather than flying high … As for the COC , you east guys seem to be quite found of the idea , the concept , or theory , but as far as practice goes , you all told me that the COC would reign supreme when tried in court and we all know how that went down .

I would rather trade away intangibles for tangibles .

freedom,
"FORGET the profit sharing … honestly , just forget it …. We’re not going to be making much in the way of profit for the next few years anyways , please oh please NC trade away the profit sharing for a higher hourly wage ."

freedom will you mail me your check please . I'll pm you my address, since it's not that important to ya

I’m going to revert from my original stance of giving up profit sharing, in lieu
of a higher pay parity formula.

The prevailing consensus from the Solidarity Network is… “Give nothing upâ€￾… period !

I suggest we keep P/S… and, expect industry standard compensation…
per Mr. Nelson’s formula outlined earlier in this thread.

The Solidarity Network will dictate collectively what is considered fair !

New Direction in June !

Freedom…

I’ll admit the existing COC language did not work out in our favor…

However, it is almost certain that we are going to merge with, or purchase another carrier in the near future. That is why COC language is still extremely important to us.

My advice to the IAM, is to consider revising COC language to the extent that it may not be circumvented in the future, even under bankruptcy scenarios that involve multiple investors.

whether your profit sharing check was small or not at least it was an added thing in there i have doubts given the high oil prices that we will see those checks but im be also willing to bet that yours was a lot higher than ours at EN which was around 65 dollars
