Look, Your Brothers and Sisters that got Sold out by the Hubs on the first Vote, were Tired of Making Several Dollars LESS than our Counter Parts in the Hubs and ClassI Cities.

That is all in the Past Now, Lets Move on and get a piece of what WE ALL Deserve.

I understand that the negogiations are going to start sometime in June or July. Id say why not let the union know what we want and see where it goes from there. First I'd like to see the scope/language sick etc fixed/repaired Lets get rid of the POS contract in the next round.

If I may play devil's advocate for a moment. If this current was voted down when we had the chance. What's to say that we would have all (Fleet/Company) gotten together and agreed on a new contract? Through a unexpected recession at that? Correct me if I'm wrong, but, the pilots have been negotiating for five years now. That could be us too.
I've heard people say they are voting NO already, and the negotiating hasn't even started yet.

Here is a video update http://iam141.org/us/index.html

Thanks Road…

The link to the video and the message it contains are paramount to the interest of all Fleet Service Members. It is very important for everyone to submit their proposals, and to make a reasonable effort to stay informed on the progress of our negotiations once they are underway.

Remember… it will be US… the Fleet Service Members that will ultimately choose the future direction in terms of our progression in this industry. I would also like to add that it would not be to our benefit to air our proposal intentions on this website for obvious reasons.

So illustrates…

BroBilly

SATIRE Jester… I got your proposal to increase management salaries and benefits. I’m sorry to inform you that we do not represent that particular group. However…I do have some contacts in organizing that may be willing to talk with you!

My Dearest Mister Roabilly,

In the interest of public disclosure, I have never had a private message, email, phone call or face-to-face discussion with you outside of this very open forum, and in particular, nor I have ever advocated nor proposed an increase to management salaries and benefits with you or anyone else.

So Repudiates Jester.

I've been reading the banter back and forth and nothing changes. The same old crap everyday. The fact is we will never be a united group.

I most emphatically disagree. I believe this is just some posters speaking anonymously online. Here in Vegas, I don't see any of this. We are all here, we all have our jobs to do. Yes, we may still refer to "East" or "West" about our members backgrounds, but it's not at all derogatory. We are LAS Fleet, not East and West Fleet. If you have problems, maybe you would fit in better with the pilots.

Agreed, same in Clt.

Necigrad,

Maybe because you were fortunate to keep your job in Las Vegas? You might have a different POV if it was you getting your marching ordering to either PHL or DCA, as there being no animosity if one made the cut, but alas, those who did not make the cut are no longer able to grumble within your break room? LAS was a West station with hundreds of West ramp agents versus a few dozen East ramp agents? What's the ratio now? One for One? Little protection for West as not even a paltry fence was provided, not even when West team leads are awaiting recall while East team leads transfer into LAS, as we discussed several months ago?

No singing "Kumbayah" in PHX with East, nor a belching of "Auld Lang Syne" around the Gatorade cart... "And surely you’ll buy your pint cup! And surely I’ll buy mine! And we'll take a cup of kindness yet, for auld lang syne?" Not happening this New Years.

So Entrenches Jester.

I am working at a formerly all-east station that now is jokingly referred to as "Little Las Vegas" as we have adopted a good number of downsized Vegans. There is no animosity on display from these individuals. The seniority list was merged and we all came under one contract that you knuckleheads in PHX voted for overwhelmingly. The company determined that LAS was not profitable as a hub and they cut according to the guidelines in the contract.

You guys in PHX have never been known for the kindness you show newcomers so I am sure you guys are standing in line showing east guys there how unwelcome they are. No one ever accused Phoenicians of having too much class, on or off the airport.

28L,

Point of correction, the seniority list was determined by the East dominated IAM union, not management, this includes any protection for stations by way of transfers or fences. If management determined the employee seniority lists, then the pilots would have been singing "We Are Family" a few years ago... okay, maybe not that song but rather "Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition" but this message board would be abbreviated.

So Retorts Jester.

Yes, he spun that around, didn't he? It was in the transition agreement that was voted in and detailed how furloughs and transfers would be handled.

As an aside, I have heard from LAS transplants here that the leads who transferred to PHX have been treated like excrement. Meanwhile, LAS transplants are enjoying PHL. DCA is another matter but that is a cajone-busting management issue, not an issue between employees.
