I won’t lie to you , there are many out here who share you views , so you’ll find someone I’m sure to file it for you … but won’t such an action takes months and months ? I’m totally turned off by the idea of more legal battles , I want ACTION , not a long period of waiting while we let lawyers decide our fate again … No we’ve waited here for too long , and now it’s too late …

The way I see it , either we hammer something out SOON like before the super bowl , or everything is going to TUL .

What happened to "Drink Haterade Mmm Mmm Good"? It sounds like "Ooh Yea Koolade". Coffee and donuts with the managers does not make a "ralley". What was that Plan B you talked about last year. You said you wanted to change the union from the inside, but now you sound like the squirrel that didn't save for the winter who is running around asking everyone "have you seen my nuts. I lost my nuts and now I have nothin' " If there are crooks in the district that need to be held accountable, let the International know that they will be getting a black eye in public if they themselves are allowing this injustice.

Hmm I don’t remember what plan B I was talking about , perhaps you could refresh my memory ?

Yes at least one manger is always at any rally we have while on the tarmac , but there’s nothing we can do to prevent them from being there , and I’d assume it’s a responsibility of theirs to monitor such a gathering … I know some of you would like to see pictures and video from the rally ,but the city of PHX is pretty darn strict about that stuff and there’s no crossing them . Maybe the pictures and video can be given to our union who can then try and clear it to publish with the city of PHX . I don’t know how that works thou .

I think we see the union from different perspectives , I think where your from the union doesn’t listen or fight for you , here in PHX though I feel very confident in our union , at least from what I’ve seen that pertains to the PHX station only .

PJ , Ron roth has been working tirelessly day in and day out to help US here on the west side of the network , if you don’t like that , tough . Ron Roth is one of the best union leaders I’ve ever seen , and I don’t think I’ll see a better one …. I can sleep soundly at night knowing that I’m represented by a competent man .In fact I’ll take it one step further and say that when all seems lost in this pathetic process between union and company he inspires hope . You go ahead and make the judgments that best suit you , and I’ll decide based on what I see with my own eyes and ears .

QUESTION:

How can Roth run as VP at large? Is he a west emp.? Is he a member of 141 or the west imposed
TWU contract. Is there a vilation here? Have had feeler's out about this subject but nobody
wnats to talk or has answers.

Roth can run for office, as can any West sider.

Roth has been instrumental in delaying section 6 and supporting Canale. Canale has rewarded him with a VP spot. Roth talked big but everything he puts out gets faxed to me immediately so we can [and did] correct his lies. When we corrected Ron's lies, Freedom wasn't fazed and still offered his unconditional support for Roth, even after Ron lies to them and is 'found out'.

The good news is that ORD, HNL, DEN, LAS, PHL, CLT, PHX, IAD, JFK, will be aware that Ron is with Boss Canale so it is 'extremely unlikely' Ron will get much of the vote since Boss Canale will take down his own ticket and will experience 'great pain' as the District members kick him back up to management where he belongs. If Canale is smart, he would look up at the scoreboard & retire so he can still get his 'IAM Watch'. As is, he will be removed from office and sent packing because of so many years of treason against the members. "Soon enough."

I’d like to remind the network , that Tim does NOT work in the PHX station , you aren’t here so other than the faxes you don’t know half of what goes on out here … why tim how very political of you to twist things around , did we determine for a fact that Ron was lying or that perhaps he just was misinformed ? Its fun to twist things around isn’t it ? Look I’ll give it a try and say something about you below …

“We all know that tim was lying to us about the COC , saying it was a “slam dunk “ and that the west would feel “great pain†for not having started section six , that they would be left out in the cold , etc ect ……â€

You see people are only human , and to err is human , we all make mistakes , if we’re going to hold someone’s feet to the fire for being wrong about something than I suggest you start with your own .

We are not , I am not Ron Roth and I do not speak for Ron Roth … besides , he wouldn’t make a very good union rep if he spent as much time as I do on us avation.com . We all try and do what little we can ,this is my contribution , and I try to attend any rallys , pickets etc whenever I can .

Number one, I couldn't trust you, you sound if you're a weak individual who would side with company
at any time. your talk is weak. Number two, Roth, whom I've never met, may be a good man but will
not get my vote because he is on " cheap suites " slate. It's time for change folks.

You are fortunate that I am anonymous on this board otherwise I would sue your happy ass for slander. I was willing to hold out hope that you were many times wrongly using a less common definition of "bigot" being "a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion," but your introduction of racism eliminates any possibly of that option. Any suggestion that I am somehow dropping "n-bombs" or any other racial epithet on this board or on the ramp could get someone killed, not to mention, lose one's job. However, Boss Canale while a public figure has been accused by you of being criminal in his actions, for which you can be sued and maybe the his personal attorney needs to put you on notice. One thing to say that Boss Canale has been incompetent (as I said so many times), it is another thing to say that he is essentially taking bribes by being on the United board (as you have said many times).

Why would "racism" be a factor in terms of how I view the general malaise and laziness to all too many rampers? I have never mentioned race, or even gender, religion, age, or nationality within any of my posts. This is a complete smear job complete with malice and it only shows the desperation in your inability to discuss matters without resorting to personal, slanderous attacks. Shame on you for claiming to represent all ramp agents fairly because your comments toward me (and anyone who disagrees with you) suggest that you are a disservice to this organization. If you were man enough, you would apologize immediately for your malicious and vile comments directed at me, as I reject any bigotry within my personal life.

At any rate, good to be on the same team this time. I speak to BB often and I'm 100% confident that Canale won't be able to get more than 5% in his own local. I think it's special that Canale won't be able to get his nomination in his own local as his own "Bit** slap" him for RD.
