You never answered my question. Who in Las did Canale tell he would shut down stations if they didn't nominate him Who else was present? I'm not trying to convince you how to vote. What are the facts so we know how to vote.

Liberace...

I have not had to deal with Delaney not servicing my contract. I have had to deal with CANALE not servicing my contract. I am in the same city as the District offices and have not EVER seen Canale stop by and say hi and introduce himself. Of course, that may be because he knows he would get ran out of here on rails, but still, you would think he might grow a sack and still come down.

Delaney on the other hand has been here once or twice. He got roughed up a little until the guys found out he was not in charge of anything US Airways-wise. I have met Rich as well as most of the Canale clan and have found Rich to be a much better candidate than ANYONE on the Canale slate. I know RE, KA, SRC, PF, BC and others and have found that none of them could do anything but collect their unearned checks.

I was a big member of the local here, but got disenfranchised many moons ago. I am again excited at the freshness that is coming and the possibilities of a new group cleaning house and taking the District back for the members. Hell, I might start working on the paper again. I was always the most read guy on the staff.

Can't we be the better poster here and just ignore ''liberace''.
I know you feel uneasy allowing him or her to post rubbish and feel the
need to have him or her to justify it. They've already brought you into a
discussion on sexual preferance (which is odd liberace was a know homosexual)
and succeeded in bringing you into a discussion of racial discrimination. Thier
sole intent is to cause a disruption to the agenda at hand. Let them post and just
pass it by. They bait the hook and wait for the nibble with posts' going back and

Your insight is right on target the Canale slate has no legs to stand on from the History of there terms in office. To divide and conquer is there only chance to win and its a losing tactic. We are all smarter than that race or sex is not the issue here its good representation something the Canale slate knows nothing about.

Stay focused on the mission Replace Canale and all his Canalites.

As far as Liberace we should all put it on perment ignore!

They stepped over the line. Way over. Their post was an insult to every American and if this is the kind of supporter that Canale has then I want no part of him or his supporters. I will be backing the New Direction Slate and use any influence I might have to encourage others to do the same.

Anyone know why they don't have the nominations all in the same week or even days apart? Is it the LLC decision or does the Itn'l prearrange it so the encumbents can be at each local or have a rep there in their place.?
