I have so many great posts, its tough to pick the best. Here are three of my favorites over the last 24. I will repost these every day, until every single participant on this forum hates me. Then I will leave on the 30th. Based on my superior intellect and ability to nail every issue, I am sure the content of this annoying post will do nothing but get bigger over the next 16 days.

Do you think those donations will help when the West votes....Yes?
Good luck, RR. You're going to need it.
You are correct Snap, we are going to need luck. The Recall 6 have put the East pilots in the unenviable situation of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. You guys will probably be able to throw out Gary and the Founder, and throw the union into a new election. An election in which the East vote will almost surely be split, and the West Candidate will win. You might even get under the wire and be able to alter the committee structure going into M/B, especially if Silver causes any delays in the process. Nicely played, especially the way you got our own guys to sell out Bradford.

You only make that comment because you suspect I personally voted "no" to the company's first offer. There is no question that we accepted the company's first offer of a pay raise, and we will all enjoy our $8K signing bonus.
It was a foregone conclusion that the membership would eagerly vote to accept the very first offer of a pay raise since 911. Ray Charles saw that. The only question was what signing incentives the BPR would settle for. Only the "Simpletons" understood that, but they got "played".
You will always be able to twist words, specifically the meaning of "deal" in order to spread your rumors of back room trades and first offers taken. But that simply is not the case here, unless all of the NAC, Officers, and Legal are lying. And you will always be able to imply our pilots are stupid and will vote yes on anything, because you simply cannot prove otherwise in this instance. If Operation Desert One had succeeded, Jimmy Carter might now be our greatest living President. But he is not. And certain individuals won elections, and others did not. Those that lost said elections were not at the table. They will always be able to say "we could have gotten more." Always happens with any, and here it comes..."deal."
Finally getting the CLT reps to let our pilots vote was a huge political win.
Hands down the biggest win for the union after the NMB vote and USAPAs handling of Sullys event was getting the vote sent out to our blind pilots.
As of now, thats all you have, a snarky comeback hinting at failure, and moneys left at the table. I say otherwise, we finally got a win and guys like you cannot stand it.
The only back room deal I can point to is the CLT and PHL reps selling out Steve Bradford to the West for a handful of political silver. Disgraceful.

Just in case you all are unsure, the only recalls currently scheduled are for Hummel and Bradford. That is unless the BPR decides to continue its destruction of all we have worked for over the last 5 years, and recall the other two Officers. I am sure the S/T will shortly announce the voting. Simply a matter of time and resources. With all that is going on, M/B and the JNC process, it is sad our union has to divert time and effort to such folly. Shame on those toddlers who choose to burn down the house just as we face our biggest challenges, and perhaps biggest successes.
Acting under uncontrolled rage and revenge, DiOrio and Frear have successfully called for a recall of our President and VP. In order to get to Hummel, they threw our Founder Bradford under the bus by making a deal with the West Pilots that to recall Hummel AND Bradford. The West has been foaming at the mouth to recall Bradford for years, and politically it fit just perfect with the rabid actions of the Recall 6.
If the recall succeeds, an election will be called. It is entirely possible that Eric Fergeson could end up as President of USAPA going into M/B, as the East will split their vote among at least 2 other candidates. If he wins, you can be sure Fergeson will re-staff the NAC and Merger Committees in order to install the NIC as our bargaining position.
If the membership elects to change the voting to roll call the West Class will gain even more power on the BPR.
If the membership elects to hand over the dissolution of USAPA to the BPR, instead of the Officers, the West Class will have an inside seat on all decisions and moneys as they continue to sue us after decertification.
What a sad day that such little men and their search for power and penis size compensation choose to ruin all we have worked for.
