I do not think that ruling would be a big "surprise" at all.Piedmont1984 said:What's your back up plan if Silver surprises all and finds that USAPA is free to negotiate a seniority regime other than the Nic and that USAPA has a legitimate union purpose (because of the merger and through the instrument of the MOU) for doing so?
The same as your back up plan.Piedmont1984 said:What's your back up plan if Silver surprises all and finds that USAPA is free to negotiate a seniority regime other than the Nic and that USAPA has a legitimate union purpose (because of the merger and through the instrument of the MOU) for doing so?
Ooooooooooooookay. No more for this table.nic4us said:I do not think that ruling would be a big "surprise" at all.
Usapa has always beenfree to negotiate...that is not the problem. The problem has always been usapa has no one willing to negotiate their terms. The terms are always overreaching and a legal nightmare.
Backup plan is simple. Sit back, watch usapa be usapa, watch the other players tell the scab union to pound sand til the single carrier status, then watch usapa go away.
Now, in the interest of efficiency, a reply to the last 8 pages of uscaba cheerleaders stoking themselves.
Your fake union is history.....the monies collected will be distributed to all LCC pilots....the West will get status at MB regardless of how Silver rules and that means the Nic is pretty much a given in the final seniority solution between the AMR and LCC pilots.

Don't want my input? No problem
I will let you SCABs talk amongst yourselves about the twilight of you SCAB union.
Have a nice weekend.
USAPA has been far too stupid in the court room. I think if they were able to at least feign some form of neutrality regarding SLI, she may give them a pass. Nope DOH or nothing. She said that you'd be on dangerous ground if you didn't come up with something objectively fair...what did your scab union do? Doubled down and tried to lie to the West regarding their true intent of 10h. If I were Scabford, I wouldn't be sleeping very well these days.Piedmont1984 said:What's your back up plan if Silver surprises all and finds that USAPA is free to negotiate a seniority regime other than the Nic and that USAPA has a legitimate union purpose (because of the merger and through the instrument of the MOU) for doing so?
I think that is very plausible. I'm not pinning any hopes or expectations on what Judge Silver will do, my gut says she will disappoint a lot of people on the west. Which leads us to what you just wrote. Usapa has thus far not found anyone who wants to play with them. Will that change as the merger unfolds?nic4us said:....

I wouldn't care, would actually support, separate west representation in a 3 way if we agreed that we start with 3 lists as I read the MOU. But the west will argue that we start with the Nic and won't come off of it. Then we will go into arbitration as a screwed up mess. Plus, I think that would open a whole can of worms.
By your post you don't seem to think USAPA will do a good job. I have my doubts too. Should we get a separate seat at the table? Can I get one at the JCBA talks?

Yes, I want to negotiate for myself!Crzipilot said:If Silver gives a third seat away, I would think that opens a whole can of worms. I would want a seat there myself for me and my buddies. Anyone else want a seat there to have a say? How hard to get a class certified? HAHA
LOL!!!! Spoken like a morbidly obese scab. You "won" a Billion dollar pay it on top of your twice bk contract just to get the Nic in the end.luvthe9 said:"Fake union is history?" More like Fake union MAKES history- by destroying the Nicolau. Face reality, the " fake" union beat you.
