The West are the bad guys because they won't give us a do over?

USAPA tried to steal their jobs and lost.
Could you pleez tell me how many landing slots at DCA, LGA were the WESTS prior to the merger DUI DOUG is negotiating with the DOJ right now to make this transaction happen? They involve EAST Capts or WEST right, attrition, ? Make my case EVIL EAST! And do not forget INTERNATIONAL ROUTE AUTHORITY! How much of that is being negotiated or accounted for?

I agree we should have gotten credit for our attrition.

Even after Nicolau told us we weren't going to get what we were asking for?
 
Our position was LOS or nothing.
 
We got less than we could have because of our stupid strategy before and during arbitration.

He never plans to upgrade and he already has an FO block wherever he wants.  Attrition means absolutely nothing; The only way he can get a pay raise is through an hourly increase.  Hoping for a pay raise at your expense is too unseemly ergo his transfer of anger toward the mean, unethical "job stealers". 😛

No DAN! We got what we got because the rules were set by a national organization(ALPA MERGER POLICY) how many times has that policy changed? WHY? Because a governing body set the terms, not a federal authority! USAPA has their policy APA has theirs ALPA has theirs , Then walks in the GOVT, when there is 2 separate unions! The GOVT is FEDERAL, imagine that, thank you MB, TWA, We have no JCBA, therefore no LIST, I believe sec 4 of the MOU is the hitter, This is a do over, only guess what, 2 unions, 308, 310 nail them, I am sure DEC9 will be equally exciting!

Sure, you can claim our stupidity is a rationale for why we deserve to be suffering.  The same can be said for the minority at Wye River.  :lol:  
 
And the same can be said for countless divorced couples.... a negotiated compromise is always better than any other solution.  Anything else is just stupid, miserable, and poor (unless you still have your attrition).  😀
