The purpose of LOS as opposed to DOH is to screw the guy or gal that had to give it all up to save his buddy's job. Brilliant!
That's not what I posted. You are having difficulty relating to those junior to you. What was the fight over the Nic about in the first place?

Too funny - claims the POR makes it ripe at 0800 Dallas.

Market doesn't open until 0830.

Its OK.  Presuming future ripeness is a tried and true skill often demonstrated by Arizona judges.  What's a mere 30 minutes among friends?

P.S.  His party started at 0800 Dallas time (0900 New York time) and is only scheduled to last 30 minutes. 😀

Wings is reporting the deal is done...market opening has nothing to do with POR.

I'm glad to be going in a different direction with this airline.  As a westie dealing with the US Air mindset has been nothing but 8 years of frustration we'll never have back.  Thanks for nothing, it could have been so much better.  What a waste.

Ask them the next time they jumpseat if any of the Westies have the balls to call you a scab to your face.  I personally reported to the chief pilot a Westie in the terminal several months ago who had "USAPA are scabs" on his bag.  If I see it again, I told him I would be reporting any of them to the police and file a hate crime/adverse job action report with the police and the company.  Hey, maybe this was the pilot Jeff Koontz was referring to when he testified on the stand how USAPA wouldn't fund his defense for wrongful termination.

You're a funny one Spanky. You're the one in a blue lanyard right? Remember that picture? I still have it. That's so I can remind union pilots of the union buster.

It's going to follow you the rest of your career.

Count on it.

The East got sucked into America West for 8 yrs. lowest pay, pension, benefits. Glad it is over. America West was just a nasty wart on the industry. Herpes is a better term.

I dare you to call any real US Airways pilot (you know scumbag, a pilot who actually got hired there on his own merits) a scab and a coward to his face; I am very confident that you will not like the cause and effects.

Attorneys for Plaintiffs
west attorneys notified the court Friday of the merger closing and rested their un ripe case.

Either way, 9th circuit court will take over soon.

Mixing of metal message now on catcrew.   Starting today we can fly each others aircraft.  Wont be scheduled that way but can be used in cases of broken trip pairing due to wx or maint.

East and west crews will not mix, and east and west flight numbers will stay the same,  only the tail numbers can be swapped.

Other than being able to fly each others a/c all other aspects of operations remain the same.

Oh oh...

The desert rodents are going to very unhappy...

Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of low lifes.

How much did your seniority increase in those 4 plus years?
I was still the last pilot but due to retirements I did inch closer to the top of the list. Bottom line is that date of hire to retirement 39 yr. 8 mo. and los 36 years. Even if I had retired at age 60 I would have had 31 years los. Having said all that I think that any pilot deserves credit of some sort for every day on an airlines seniority list whether on furlough, LTD, MED, or active.

All the best,

Bob
