On that more reasonable question; the answer is that NO ONE among the work groups, neither west nor east, personally "saved" anyone else's job...Period! Why is that so difficult a concept? Through what incredibly twisted perversion of "logic" can any out west or east believe otherwise? How any personal "entitlement" could ever be found in fantasies of that sort will always amaze me.

Why you guys fail to grasp is your non-existance of career expectations. Some of you actually think you would have trucked right along if this merger didn't happen.

Excepting any damage from the potential AMR transaction, my career expectations are the same, exactly, as they were in 2005. I will upgrade to a 330 left seat about 2 years before retirement. Amazing. Greeter
