And you are comparing and confusing an arbitration over contract language between a company and a union, not an internal union arbitration which was between ALPA at HP and ALPA at US.

I think this is the most important statement.

The east pilots have always said that it is an internal union process. So the only way for the union to change what was agreed to is if the union members (both sides) negotiate or agree to any changes. The west will not negotiate or agree to any changes to the nicolau.

There is no process to take the west to court. There is no process to redo an arbitration.

usapa can try and negotiate with the company but the company does not want the liability or decision if the union has a LUP.

I have to disagree with you there A320. We don't have a contract because the majority on the east voted in USAPA. USAPA is the reason we don't have a contract.
