Christ...will they ever get it? What part of "binding arbitration" don't they get? The Binding part, or the Arbitration part, or both?

Entitlement east, it is all about them, all about what they can steal from others in complete ignorance of the binding agreements they made. Greedy cowards.
You really need to spend your time saving all those children and stop pretending to be a wannabe pilot. Your a broken record.

Seems like we will finally be able to see how bad parker wants this put together. If he comes up with another weak offer like the kirby thing that is saying he has no real interest in putting it together since that wont be enough money to get the two sides to come off their "NIC" or "DOH" thing.

Parker has the ability to plop down the money to make the seniority problem go away.....question is will he? I am guessing no on the first 4 or 5 offers he comes up with. I expect to see the same as the F/A's got offered, low ball, then rearrange the deck chairs for a second low ball offer.

True enough, he has always had the ability to "buy" pilot labor peace. To date he has chosen not to and why not, it has saved him a ton of money and continues to, as we speak. Even if the NMB calls for resumption of contract negotiations, the company may go through the motions (reluctantly) but there will be no JCBA for us to vote on prior to the AMR deal shaking out one way or the other.

I guess it makes sense to establish a process with the company and the NMB, by which a JCBA might be reached, in the event that "Dougwieser" screws the pooch on the AMR thing.

That all you got?

Weren't you suppose to show this lad the errors of his ways?

What happened?
A) You went over the cliff too often
B ) The anvil fell on your head too many times
C) Both A and B

Meep-meep 😛 😛 😛
Poor Move, on the the verge of another breakdown.

Enjoy the 2 leg commute back to PHX to perform your job. Look forward to seeing you!

I am optimistic. By the time the house is finished I hope to be a 757 captain based in CLT. Otherwise, it is simply a good investment in beachfront property. Never commuted. Never will.

Guess you missed Silvers' ruling. Make sure you get the hurricane shutters.

I fully understand Silver's ruling. Sorry you don't. Thanks for the suggestion. Plans for hurricane shutters and 10' pylons.

So you really are move the douche? Or are you his livin' lovin' roomate fodase?

Will that house become a rental property? Are you about to retire? Should the east be shaking in their boots?

And more importantly, why should I care???

Meep-meep 😛 😛 😛

You should care because you eastholes are so certain you'll get your way by keeping us out. I am confident you won't and am putting my money where my mouth is.

Don't forget the earthquake insurance!

You should be looking for property near the Frontier/Republic bases then, if you choose not to commute one day. (Definitely do not purchase any more property in Phoenix)

....... like a coward you ran away with the football. ..... you are just cowardly ......

Whew! It's already tough enough facing heroic "spartans", "dire wolves" and even "knights" who've "fought with valor in many battles" in "war". Don't you think that additionally having to deal with the mighty Red Queen of cubicles and paper clips is just a bit unfair? 🙂 What's next here? Off with his head!...as the dark and "dire" west executioner steps forward with his deadly Xbox and T-shirts!!?? 😉

I think I'll hold off having any great concerns until you noble, heroes-in-Fantasyland can at least come up with a few dragons. 🙂

Ames please recheck your house plans - "pylons" are what jet engines are mounted on. Pilings are what homes, bridges, and buildings are built on.

Welcome to the palmetto state. Where is your property? Mt Pleasant?

Agreed. All anyone needs to have as a reference for just how ernestly the campany is pursuing the, and I quote "right thing to do" here is take a look at the FA's situation. Management here revels in labor discord and pathetic compensation, and hasn't the slightest real interest in completing any contracts at this time....unless they can do so essentially for free. Even the very concept of Bargaining in Good Faith can only be properly met with cynical laughter here.

The FAs were somewhere around a 50 vote swing from having their JCBA in place today. If those 50 votes had been cast in favor of ratification rather than rejection of the TA would you have considered it a good faith offer then?
