Frankly; I've never much been concerned with how people find love and acceptance in life. Life's far too short of a miracle to be overly much concerned with the intimate business of others. Those that can't figure out that literally billions of women exist on this planet just have my sympathy, but not my condemnation.

I did read the whole letter. The meeting with the NMB was in response to a USAPA request to restart mediated negotiations. The response of the NMB ( I think) to that request was and I quote verbatim: "This meeting was in response to our request to restart mediated negotiations with US Airways for our single Collective Bargaining Agreement. It was emphasized by the Chairman that, should the NMB recommence mediated negotiations between USAPA and US Airways, consideration of the contentious seniority issue must be postponed until all other sections of the contract in dispute have been tentatively agreed upon."


The only question I have regarding the above statement is, is "the Chairman" being
referred to, the NMB Chairman or the Negotiating Committee Chairman? Makes a big difference and it's not at all clear in Hummel's letter.

the first time I read it I thought he meant Collelo, but now I think he meant the NMB chair.

my point is usapa contacted the NMB, they were granted an audience, sans any input from the other side.

LCC might say a lot of things had they been there, but they were not. So, we wait for the reply from LCC due by the 21st, then see what happens.

Hummels letter makes it sound like all 29 sections minus sect 22 will now be negotiated, but that is merely usage's pitch to the NMB, and the NMB said okay, sounds reasonable, let's see if we can get the other side to go along with that.

I've long ago lost all interest in faith-based cults and their beliefs...other than that of clinical interest. I always allow for the idea that you may offer rational discourse, since you have in the distant past provided such, and you're not a stupid man, but sorry; more variations on "only nic is it"?...we're done for the moment. But, your faith based cult keeps waiting for the Giant Pumpkin. You entered into binding arbitration, you agreed to live with the results, then, like a coward you ran away with the football.
