It's probably a very good thing you are taking so much time off. Can't say you'd be a whole lot of fun to work with.

Although I'm sure we'd have an interesting conversion, I go to work to make money, not for entertainment.

This little beauty came linked at another site for supposedly "professional pilots" at major airlines. I was especially impressed with the brief shot at 1 minute 40 seconds into the masterpiece, where a tyrannical, evil eastie is depicted in a frikkin' Third Reich uniform top. I must suppose an earlier west poster, comparing their group's treatment by the east as somehow equivalent to them being victims of the Holocaust is more widespread a fantasy than I'd thought possible for any people past their teen years. I found it interesting as well, that much of this fine video focused on money...which serves to explain the obsession with east pay rates, I suppose. The west "professional pilot" that posted the link noted that "I thought this was pretty cool."

Well...you guys win. I give up on the grow up suggestions.....Seperate ops never looked better to me.

The dude in the yellow rain coat at the crew news was normal compared to the obsessed folks that would actually spend time writing and producing music. Heck, the dudes that log on to this forum once in a while to rant about scabs are even more mentally stable for longer periods of the day.

They even had far superior music. You guys sure ain't gonna' displace Wagner in the archives of history. I do realize that not much of any history was ever taught to you in high school and you could learn a lot from these people. They demonized those they wish destroyed as being rats. They successfully sold literally (not childishly fantasized) "all out warfare", and even genocide to an entire nation. You can't even sell much of anyone the nic, and the whole rat thing?...You're still just inexperienced babies with that concept. You've much to learn it seems.

Remember that this person took it upon himself to proudly post the link....along with the astonishing notion that he thought it was "pretty cool". I'd guess him to be a stalwart 'leader" in AOL. Can't someone, on the east or west, actually address this situation like professional adults? Apparently not. You all, every last one of you, are a lost cause.

What the rest of the world sees is 8 years of fighting. Fighting that should have never happened. A fight that was supposed to be avoided by final and binding arbitration.

I've not the slightest argument to offer that opposes the obvious thought that this mess is indeed a mess when viewed by others. I also hold the east culpable in this. I've long ago noted that I considered both west and east "negotiators" to be utterly incompetent, and frankly none-too-bright, nor at all up to their duties and responsibilities. YOU on the other hand, deny ANY responsibility for the west in any way, shape or form and have always done so....or has that magically changed of late? 😉 I'll leave the readers to decide on the general tone of "the rest of the world's" responses. It was the negotiators fault right up to the point where a neutral third party made a decision. Just like during a trial the lawyers make their case and turn it over to someone to make a decision.

Nicolau listened to both sides and created a list. From that point on, this mess is all on the east.

The complete fools were the east negotiators that refused and were prohibited from negotiating. Did you sign the petition that was going around demanding DOH? If so you are part of the problem.

The west could have gone in a demanded a staple. But they did not. Very difficult to negotiate when one side is locked into a position.

I will agree with one thing CLT said.

We cannot reward their bad behaviors of stalling, frustrating, as well as psychologically and financially harming, our pilots and their families without recouping what is owed to us all.

Another tidbit from CLT.

Judge Silver has issued her ruling in the PHX court that answered the questions asked by our Management, yet apparently they are not satisfied with her decision as Management continues to attempt to initiate further delays into the negotiating process by filing frivolous and unwarranted legal paper work with the courts.

So boys if the company got their answer but are not satisfied with said answer what answer would they be looking for? Could it be they want to use the Nicolau? That they know they have to use the Nicolau to avoid liability?

If the paperwork filed were frivolous and unwarranted why has usapa not filed charges against the company? Also usapa should know all about frivolous paperwork (RICO, status quo).
