Collusion usually involves two parties sharing at least some common information that others don't have. Do you think the Eas was privy to and participated in any decisions made about increasing flying out East?

No...I think usapa is irrelevant and increasingly so....

Perhaps the update use the wrong terminology. However, the TA is very specific as to the distribution of "Growth".

So, if the east fleet grows by more than one airplane, the West has a legitimate grievance, and we will see if there is any collusion going forward.
