A – Thank you for your question and concern for your fellow pilots who are suffering the current E190 pay rates. Changing their dues would most probably require a USAPA Constitutional Amendment to the section shown below. It would probably be easiest to initiate this change from the BPR, so contact your base representatives (who should receive this WUOTL) for the best way to proceed. Also, the Term Sheet E-190 rate was negotiated between the APA and US Airways management. If there is a merger with American Airlines, that rate was one of the issues the BPR directed the Negotiating Advisory Committee to go back to the Company to improve in the MOU.
