The average line guy here would never take a contract with the Nic. .
So that must mean ther must be as many who would vote for the NIC plus the entire west.

Sounds like you better crank up the Boogyman machine again. McKee has the keys.

Yes, you are right. The average line guy here would never take a contract with the Nic. We can and will wait it out. The attrition is kicking in as we speak.

I'm pretty sure these guys would vote for a contract that had the Nic:

Q – While negotiations are on hold, would it be possible to address the current pay scale of the E190 first officers and make some allowance for their USAPA dues?

A – Thank you for your question and concern for your fellow pilots who are suffering the current E190 pay rates. Changing their dues would most probably require a USAPA Constitutional Amendment to the section shown below. It would probably be easiest to initiate this change from the BPR, so contact your base representatives (who should receive this WUOTL) for the best way to proceed. Also, the Term Sheet E-190 rate was negotiated between the APA and US Airways management. If there is a merger with American Airlines, that rate was one of the issues the BPR directed the Negotiating Advisory Committee to go back to the Company to improve in the MOU.

$245M profit for Doug. Why? Because ...improvements in operations were fueling customer demand.

Nicely done easties. Way to show Doug!!! LMAO!!!

And its true that we pay AOL and Szymanski, but that's more than made up by the profit sharing check we get that's subsidized by your meager LOA93 pay.

So thanks!

Which is subsidized by the shrinkage of PHX. You're welcome!

Ya, your guys growth has exploded, right Pi?

And again, thanks for adding a little scratch to my profit sharing check.

By conventional logic, no. But compared to PHX, yeah.

You don't have to keep thanking me.

The point is, Parker and the managers raking in huge bonuses are the only ones winning.

Hey uhaul. You need to teach that "senior" F/O from the crew news the difference in seniority and longevity! 🙂

No contract. 3 lists given by Mr. Parker. Arbitrator hands in his list. No DOH. No Nic. Everybody is pissed. Done. Can't sue Doug because the NIC was never operationaly usable(So says the ninth and Judge Silver.). Can't sue USAPA because their list wasn't used. Time to prepare for the next merger!

Parker only has ONE list boo boo. Pouting and holding your breath doesn't change that.

And by your idiotic logic, if we can't sue Parker, why is he appealing?

The next merger brings the Nic and APA's list to the table.

Make peace with that now.
