Binding arbitration? It isn't binding. Had it been a fair proposal, you might have gotten a deal. You got a windfall, and did not do the right thing and rectify it. You should have been the first to realize you got more than you should have, and corrected it.

Lets' see. Your final and binding came out in 2007 and still isn't reality. All other arbitrations that were done, were decided and final and binding immediately. You listen to Marty Harper too much. He gives you a lot of bad ideas.
Six years coming on, and you still think you are getting it. For a rep, you give bad info.


Not until the airline responds to the proposal, the
parties complete negotiations, and the membership ratifies the
CBA will the West Pilots actually be affected by USAPA’s
seniority proposal — whatever USAPA’s final proposal ultimately
is. Because these contingencies make the claim speculative,
the issues are not yet fit for judicial decision.

Who should we believe? An uninformed PHX rep or the 9th??

Reordering a previously ratified list does not pass muster with the courts, except in one case...putting scabs at the bottom. ALPA did just that in the mid-eighties at UAL, and it survived a trip to SCOTUS. Is that what you suggest? Greeter

So reordering a list should be priority one to correct the injustice of the past. Then you would have evidence of consistent action. Otherwise no LUP. No action backing up your whining.

Seham argued that seniority is negotiable like crew meals. He did not say a ratified list is sacred. He said it can be changed anytime.

Correct your own list first. Demonstrate your " core principles" if it is the right thing to do some of you guys are going to have to take one for the team by putting trump and empire in their "rightful" place. Your values.

You better call Fergie. The guys he told to pass on the recalls are going to sue him and Leonidas. AA is recalling a bunch of pilots, pilots going on top of the furloughed West guys Fergie told to stay off the property. Nice move. Did Marty Harper advise this as a strategy?
