Thank you for your observation and your courteous reply. I know that the majority of the employees in PHL are dedicated and provide excellent service--otherwise it would have been more difficult to stay. I am one of those who truly believe that once the troublemakers are weeded out many of the problems in PHL can be corrected (or at least those within the control of the company). I think management has started by providing added staffing and equipment (due by tomorrow).
Until that vocal 10% are weeded out and shown the door, it may not be possible to fix PHL..sad but true.
Unfortunately as well, there are other issues with PHL such as the configuration and airspace/ATC constraints which cannot be fixed easily. These issues can be improved upon but not solved entirely.
