I have the brains...maybe not the brawn. I'm not union and I make enough money to be keep me satisfied. If I hadn't have gone out and got an education while working full-time I could expect 9 bucks or less an hour. Fortunately many have had the foresight to get'er done! I'm done ranting...time to plan for my fishin' trip for Friday, Saturday and Sunday! 😛

No police charges have been filed so far.

This is confusing to me. If these guys were assaulted, as is alleged, then why haven't charges been filed yet? And if it's true that the hotel had video surveillance detailing the alleged assault, then please tell me how a grievance procedure will get any of these guys their jobs back. Nothing short of Johnny Cochran(R.I.P.) could get them out of this one.

You don't need a witness to file charges claiming you were assaulted. The burden of proof just becomes a little more difficult.
