All those involved in the alleged incident with the TWU reps were terminated today.

I guess it's not "alleged" any more if they got fired. How many in total were shown the door, do you know?

The company firing does not make them guilty in a criminal matter.

Not only should the firing stand, but if the investigation comes up with enough proof for criminal charges, then so be it.....

There is no place for that kind of behaviour anywhere in an allegedly civilized world.

Part one, termination
Part two, no unemployment
Part three, jail time
Part four, sue the hell out of IAM
Part five, they never, ever work for an airline or union again, and their names should be turned over to the TSA.

No, but it just may pave the way for other criminal charges and further investigation to the entire incident.
What is the IAM's position on their firing or is the union done with those individuals?

I don't know the answer air woman, but by law they have to represent them in the grievance procedure with the company.

  They will go through the greivence process
and will be reinstated. No one deserves to lose there job over a little misunderstanding .

Part six, they will get their jobs back because thats the only thing the unions know how to do...get the loosers rehired...happens all the time.

 without the union you would be working with no penison plan. you would get a big 3 percent of your gross
pay,WOW that way you only have to work about 150 yrs to
retire.

I said "alleged" because they're innocent until proven guilty.

I don't know the exact numbers, but I've heard a few numbers mentioned and they're all above 20.
