The number of "those pilots" have been shrinking due to retirements, disatisfaction with his "unbias" facts, and his failure to come up with "cogent" arguments. CM, the "caped maraurader, or "he who shall not be named" is fervently followed by the by the small minions like traitor jak who doesn't seem to value anything in the pilot groups cohesivness that gets consumated by....wait for it.....A VOTE!

The TYRANNY of the MINORITY.....AOL.....suiing for a vote they cannot have. UNTI-UNIONISM at it's finest.

What ever happened to DOH? I thought you guys promised us a contract with DOH. Put up or shut up. You've had more than three years to do it. I want to see that industry leading contract you have been promising too.

You have a whacked sense of what unionism and what is anti-unionism.

AOL has filed 1 law suit. That the union was not treating the west pilots fair a DFR. That duty did not include throwing out an arbitrated list in favor of east pilots. On the other hand east pilot hold the majority of committee positions. Have filed multiple law suits. RICO and tried to get west pilots fired. East pilots have done nothing to unify the pilot group but done everything they can to divide. That is anti-unionism. Not standing up for our rights.

Why would a SWA pilot be talking about the UAL/CAL merger? The SWA/ ATA merger must be going fine if the biggest worry this guy has is what his F/A's look like.

The East pilots, namely me and several others, have tried to unify. You just can't get what you want. DOH is not staple, regardless of what you call it. You want more than we will vote for. Your "rights" are your right to a voice and a right to a vote....just like me.

You and your west self inflated egos are stoked by placating promises that neither myself nor my fellow east pilots committed to.

You just keep trying to convince yourselves of your righteous cause. We'll just keep on advancing.

Airbus CAPTAIN training 24th of July. Looking forward to RON's in PHX with the new hire crews I'll be flying with. When we parade around the terminal, make sure you stop us and tell us how afflicted you are. No, wait, you'll be at the next PHX crew briefing with Parker asking for handouts.

The companies fear? Really! What has the company got to be afraid of? A weak mislead union? An all rookie untrained NAC? A split pilot group? An east group of pilots with an overinflated sense of self worth and importance? An east pilot group working on an illegal job action?

As far as getting their neg posture back on tract. Better check with King Cleary. He just filed a law suit saying that the company is stalling neg. So what is it? Is the company stalling on purpose and in control or does the company really want a contract they just don't know what they are doing. Therefore making Cleary wrong for filing the law suit and wating dues money.

You must mean, 'like every prediction USA320pilot has ever made on the board?' That moron has backed the wrong horse for 20 years and there are still pilots that believe his rants. Just goes to show the desperation of those that will continue to want to believe regardless of the lack of credibility of the source.

I remind you of how emphatic he has been over the years and how many of our people lost literally millions by listening to him. Now the west will continue to lose millions by doing the same.

What is it they say about doing the same thing and expecting a different result?

Several months ago I got a warning for "outing" him. It just slipped out when I was typing my post. It'ls not like anybody who has been on either the alpa forum or this forum could mistake his posts for anybody else. If it was 8am and he posted that it was daylight I would ask someone else for a second opinion.

We are right. We stand FIRMLY on legal, ethical & moral grounds. Best if luck in your training ( I really mean it).

The courts will finish this for Doug & we will be about our business. Those that continue to "see yellow" will be asked to leave the game.

An internal union dispute between two parties, that has already been resolved using binding arbitration. The only thing that has changed is, who is the CB Agent for the two parties involved in the arbitration.

The right to a voice? Same as you? ....F-You. PHX domicile updates are censored. MIGs are ejected from open meetings. Have you been labeled a felon in public by the maggot president?

A vote? On what? usapa is incapable of producing anything to vote on, and is a failure of a union on every level. You were not one of the scab wannabees who helped form it , were you?

You are still drinking the little lawyer's kool aid. You do realize the union busting lawyer is 0-3-1 so far? And that does not count the LOA 93 loss coming, or the pension investigation ignorance, or the vast number of denied motions. Count all that up and he is like 0-20-1.

You are not getting DOH. So there is no reason to argue whether it is a staple. However, there is no doubt it is an over the top windfall for the furloughed people who leapfrog West Captains who have greater LOS.

Congratulations on the upgrade/requal whatever it is for you. On your PHX layovers, while you parade around the terminal, be sure to explain to your newhire F/O that the reason their pay and work rules suck soo bad is so that you could reneg on a deal. If the F/O is a West pilot, you might want to just keep your reneging trap shut. Oh, one more thing, don't slam any doors on peoples fingers.
