US Pilots Labor Discussion

Don't worry, he's one of the "I Got Mine" club that concocted USAPA.

He'll patiently (and with a straight face I might add) explain to the hapless new hire how, due to "No Bump, No Flush" he just HAD to delay the implementation of an improved contract. And when NIC is the list, he might fly with EOA again and ask, "Hey, I thought it was One For ALL" around here? You told me I needed to hate the west, but you voted for the Nic cause it didn't matter anymore now that you got yours"

That ought to be a fun crew to be with.

We are right. We stand FIRMLY on legal, ethical & moral grounds. Best if luck in your training ( I really mean it).

The courts will finish this for Doug & we will be about our business. Those that continue to "see yellow" will be asked to leave the game.
We are right. We stand VERY FIRMLY on SOLID LEGAL GROUND, as well as ethical and moral grounds.

I put my pants on the same way as you do in the morning, your worship.

Thanks, I've been through it three times before and once on the 330. Piece of cake.

The courts will finish this for THE PILOTS and we WILL be about our business getting what we all deserve.....
MUTUAL RESPECT AND SOLIDARITY!

Contrary to severe "minority" opinion USAPA is accomplishing the goals set out on from the beginning.

Good luck.

What would those goals of usapa to be? To screw the minority? To delay the Nicolau as long as possible? To enrich the east at the expense of the west? To sue or fire west pilots? To grab power for the few elite in usapa? To waste a ton of money on legal costs.

So far so good.

If it was to get a contract in a reasonable time. FAILED
If it was to bring the 2 pilot groups together. FAILED

An internal union dispute between two parties, that has already been resolved using binding arbitration. The only thing that has changed is, who is the CB Agent for the two parties involved in the arbitration.
As I previously won the debate against you before, the FAA does not apply to transportation workers. The transition agreement, like all agreements, are amendable between the company and the union ONLY, so butt out.

The right to a voice? Same as you? ....F-You. PHX domicile updates are censored. MIGs are ejected from open meetings. Have you been labeled a felon in public by the maggot president?.
Gesundheit! However, If the shoe fits.....

A vote? On what? usapa is incapable of producing anything to vote on, and is a failure of a union on every level. You were not one of the scab wannabees who helped form it , were you?.
I am the founding father of USAPA. I am looking forward to testifying at DFR II. Please give this to your lawyers....I am Jamie Javurek and I am fully willing to testify that the formation of USAPA was for one reason and one reason only...to preserve ALL OF OUR RIGHTS, EAST AND WEST, OUR VOICE AND OUR VOTE.....our right to have all pilots vote as equals....one man, one vote.....PERIOD. When I come to PHX why don't you seek me out like the asst. Chief pilot did last fall when I came down there for a thanks giving overnight. I'm sure you'll want to call me a scab to my face. Keep that hate crime scab talk going and find out how soon you'll be considered a felon.

You are still drinking the little lawyer's kool aid. You do realize the union busting lawyer is 0-3-1 so far? And that does not count the LOA 93 loss coming, or the pension investigation ignorance, or the vast number of denied motions. Count all that up and he is like 0-20-1..
Oh, like your legal arguments are advancing up the totem pole of unionism on this reservation. FYI, Seham is simply continuing to chip away at the "plaque" all this holdover of ALPA political fiefdom and entitlement created.

You are not getting DOH. So there is no reason to argue whether it is a staple. However, there is no doubt it is an over the top windfall for the furloughed people who leapfrog West Captains who have greater LOS..
You are not getting what you were promised by ALPA. Until we VOTE, nobody gets anything but the "status quo"...separate ops. There isn't a judge or a jury entitled to "ex-officio"membership.

Congratulations on the upgrade/requal whatever it is for you. On your PHX layovers, while you parade around the terminal, be sure to explain to your newhire F/O that the reason their pay and work rules suck soo bad is so that you could reneg on a deal. If the F/O is a West pilot, you might want to just keep your reneging trap shut. Oh, one more thing, don't slam any doors on peoples fingers.
Thanks. I'll be sure to explain to the new hire, whomever they are, that they may wish to weigh weather they wish to vote for a contract that allows pilots on the west that think their new hire date of hire is lip service when it comes to any future mergers and weather DOH doesn't really mean DOH, it means whatever anyone ELSE other than pilots wants it to be, as long as it doesn't affect them. As far as slamming fingers, I think you should look in the mirror.

Tell Eric and AOL goodbye for me.....oh, and make sure your ANTI-UNION lawyers over at Posinelli spell my last name right:

J-A-V-U-R-E-K

Looking forward to PHX layovers.

I know a few of the new hire pilots. Just so you understand, when they nod and say uh-huh, they aren't agreeing with you. They just want you to shut up. Not a single one of the guys that I know agree with USAPA and can't wait until they can vote to throw your ass out. Until that time, they will keep their heads down and mouths shut when you try to convince them how "noble" your cause is. Every new hire is an eventual vote against USAPA.

Somehow, you want greater voting rights than your entitled to. ALPA promises. I never told anyone to "hate the west". You give me too much credit (maybe I could be the second coming of Lucifer) if you really think that me telling anyone to hate the west is going carry anymore weight than, say, buy all the stock in US Airways because we're being bought by United, for example.

The ONLY thing I guaranteed was that if USAPA was voted in all of us would have independent and equal votes unencumbered by ALPA and it's merger policy, which was COLLUSIVELY AND ILLEGALLY incorporated into the transition agreement by greedy corporate negotiators and ignorant ALPA representatives, mostly to deprive all of us on both the east and the west, furloughed or employed, MDA or J4J , our LMRDA rights, the right to a voice and a right to a VOTE. That is the ORIGINAL contractual duty and principle all pilots working for this company had signed on for when they agreed to have any union negotiate and CBA on any airline property......a principle that ALPA and the principles that David Behncke had advocated for many years.

Alas, he is no more.

Please give this to your attorneys....

Oh, and as always, say goodbye to Eric for me. Looking forward to testify. Please spell my name right.

So do I. I don't have to "convince" them of anything. They're adults and their smart enough to figure it out themselves. They are pilots, after all! They already understand 95 percent of it already....THEY CAN VOTE....after their probation is over.

The only thing YOU prove to them is that YOUR RIGHTEOUS OPINION is to take their vote for granted. I don't and neither should they....after all, it is THEIR vote!

They may not "agree" with USAPA and that is their opinion and they are even entitled to it.

They're welcome to "vote to throw your ass out" if and when that opportunity presents itself. The only thing I would admonish anyone about is....WITH WHAT WOULD USAPA BE REPLACED WITH?

To enrich the EAST at the EXPENSE of the WEST? We have seperate ops with that oh yea LOA 93! LMFAO! BTW you might look across the room and see the F/A's have no contract either, or how bout DOUG asking to be dismissed in WAKE, but now want's a DJ, remember, So far so good is right!

All I know is after seeing an A330 and 767 taxi by going to EUROPE and knowing I could be flying one in 3 years on rsv with a heck of alot better pay instead of voting 1800 guys ahead of me with no hope of it in 10 years might make me think this seperate ops thing aint so bad! But I sure would tell him date of hire is better, because under ALPA and something like the NIC, his next CAPT, is still probably in JR HIGH SCHOOL!

Saying good bye to Eric. Are you leaving? Because he is not going anywhere. As long as he wants to stay he will be here long after you are gone.

What you should be concerned about is the company asking questions of east guys about this. usapa sure is, they are worried about having representation at the hearing.

Another wild goose chase by usapa.
