Yep...4 years and only 7 sections closed, but why? All of the lawsuits are holding things up.....starting with Addington,
The RICO was first. A union suing pilots. That's a first. I guess it's true that USAPA made history, but in the wrong way.

I'm with you on the other stuff though.

OH NO MORON, UP FRONT PUBLIC, DO YOU HAVE B206 200HRS TYPE , TIME 1000 HRS ROTORY , will ADJUST, YOU SAID FLYING JOB, YOU SAID I I NOT LOOK FOR ANOTHER, WELL JUST RETIRE NOW MORON! Who will hire a whimp that can't make a decision like you anyway! MM! You truly are pathetic! RETIRE NOW, unless you can't make that decision!

Here's the orginal post

This is my last flying job but I bet I could get another before you.

Nobody's going to hire a thief.

This is my last flying means I'm not going to look for another.

If you go this nuts over a hypothetical you're the one that needs to retire.

LIKE FECES AND ROCKS COME TO THE NEW UNIONS ADDRESS, was a mistake! Maybe not a first, but their response was justified! MM! SUPPORT RICO!

I am off to bed...getting up early to get in line and buy elk hunting tags for me and my 2 boys early in the AM.

Good luck to us all, gentlemen.

Well at these wages I am! MM! NUTS? yes you are!

Surely you can understand that a new union had to protect their turf while under attack.
Attack from what? Webboard posts? Nothing was ever substantiated. What's worse is that nobody at USAPA has learned anything from the RICO debacle. Here were are three years later and they still engage in making baseless accusations and then following up with use of union resources against the West. I think the West is at a point where we're happy to just hunker down for a few more years and wait this out. I just don't see anything coalescing into a cohesive union. No need to assign blame. Just the way it is I suppose.

So, I am reading Cleary's letter in response to the distance learning terminations, and I am once again just shaking my head at the complete lack of understanding of the situation usapa and eastholes like Cleary fail to grasp.

First and foremost this quote.."this once great company". Newsflash Mike and usapa, this company is only 6 years old. "The once great company" is gone. It went bye bye in the last transaction. This company has yet to demonstrate greatness, unless you count how long they have been able to hold the usapa idiots collective heads underwater.

"nobody expected the bankruptcy wages to last this long"......hey no kidding? Ya want to know what else nobody expected? Noboby expected a bunch of morons to keep themselves mired in those wages for years with no end in sight so they could trade "a cost neutral contract for a DOH seniority list". Whats the problem Mike? The company is giving you what Seeham promised.

And this quote, "I like flight pay loss more than DUB overnights, and it helps with my Napoleon complex", did he really have to tell us that? I mean c'mon.

THIS IS MY LAST FLYING BUT NOT MY LAST! GET HELP PLEEZ! MM DO YOU EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR OWN BS!

YES NIC DID, and it was based on what? ECONOMICS?, WHAT IS FINITE, HIRE, RETIRE!, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, 924 does it effect you? LET ME GUESS, NO, !ALPA HAD A MERGER POLICY(BASED ON THE WIND, YES SUBJECT TO CHANGE) USAPA HAS ONE ALSO!) DIFFERENT UNION NOT A DIFFERENT POLICY(ALPA'S CHANGED, USAPA'S DOESN'T) ! MM! HEY TONY GET OVER IT!
MM. At least you're consistent. You're the most consistently illiterate person with Internet access. When did AAA hire high school drop outs?
