Your DOH goggles are jeopardizing the jobs of 32k other workers and may bankrupt your fake union.

The Union is very real. Deal with it. We are not jeopardizing any jobs, your great leader Parker is.

BTW, you stated you were "pushing early" so I guess you are violating company policy of using your cell phone off the gate. I can see "safety" is NOT high on your list at work, nor compliance. Thanks for validating that....LMAO!

Have a nice weekend!!!!

NLG, out.

History repeats itself.
It sure does.

5 in 5.

If we damaged as many aircraft as you guys do I guess we would think it was unsafe too. How about you all stop breaking aircraft.

TPA -737 totaled
CLT east 330 hit a west 321
Hartford driving a 737 off the taxiway racing a west airplane to the gate.
Shooting an airplane in the air.

How about you guy stop being unsafe!

US Airways Group Inc., which sued its pilots union late last month in connection with an alleged illegal job action, didn't receive the temporary restraining order it hoped for Friday from a federal judge in Charlotte, N.C.

From the CLT Observer

A federal judge decided not to rule Friday on a petition for a temporary restraining order against the US Airline Pilots Association, the pilot union for Tempe, Ariz.-based US Airways.

Deciding not to rule means there is no TRO as in Denied!!!!

In legal terms you're correct as there was no formal ruling, merely an expedited hearing date on the request for injunctive relief. Expediting the process was likely a time/schedule issue more then it was the merits of either sides case. I gave up trying to read judicial tea leaves many years ago and I wouldn't pretend to hazard a guess what's in the Judges mind. These things are a crap shoot, however they do make for good conversation.

So the judge did not bite that U is losing 339K per day....that little week denial costs U 2.3 million
judge must not have been impresses that these numbers were correct!!

Looked at the experts affidavit.....showed bag losses up 43% per 1000 bags......STOP THE PRESSES
wasn't bag losses at an all timelow of something like 4-5 per thousand......now up 43% to a whopping
5-6 bags per thousand..........Remember what Cmdr. Montgomery Scott said the more complicated the
plumbing the easier it is to stove it up. Me thinks the companies expert will be blown out of the water.!!!

What is crystal clear to me... your blind hatred for USAPA and the East pilots speaks volumes about your willingness to ignore safety concerns, placing your crew and passengers at risk. You constantly chide and bluster about the East safety record, yet you demean them and join with the company in labeling their safety concerns and efforts an "illegal job action". I pray that your posts do not reflect the West pilots as a whole.

Who is ignoring safety concerns? Your post speaks volumes regarding your blind ignorance, foggy crystal, and desire to see usapa succeed in their scab antics.

First, no West pilot has a "blind hatred" of usapa. The disdain the West carries for usapa is well founded, based in usapa's proven behavior. The hatred is not "blind", it is the result of 3 years of persecution.

Second, no West pilot is ignoring safety concerns. The problem that arrises is nobody (the West pilots, the company, the courts, the knowledgeable public and media) believes a word from usapa, when everything they have done to date is a stupid guise to attain their goal of stealing from the West pilot group. Every article to date, regardless of the subject, brings up the fact that there is an ongoing seniority battle, and casts doubt to usapa's intention.

Third, statistically, the safest flight you can take on this airline is on West metal. Why is that? It is because the West is unwilling to compromise safety for any reason. Unlike the scab union that is willing to play the safety card for ulterior motives.

Finally, I can't speak for all the West pilots, but this West pilot prays your truely legitimate safety concerns are addressed, despite the fact that your "boy who cried wolf" union has screwed itself.

Me thinks the companies expert will be blown out of the water.!!!

So do you still agree with USAPA's strategy of alienating the west with "no Plan B" necessary? How would you imagine this whole debacle being different with 5000 unified pilots and a leader who wasn't a psychopath?
