The TRO was not denied but held in abeyance.
What did happen, which us what the company really wanted, was to have the injunction hearing moved up. And it was.
TROs, in an of themselves, short circuit the judicial process in that they do not give the defendants the opportunity to be heard fully. Courts are, therefore, usually hesitant in granting them.
But, like I said, they got the injunction hearing set up for next week.
If the company doesn't get it, then you guys can talk all you want.
If anyone got their way today it was the company.
