And that effort to use the fatally flawed NIC list would be tied up in court for many years - rendering any attempt at another merger untenable.

You mean the "fatally flawed" Nic list that the East agreed to accept in a binding arbitration agreement, but then tried to puss out of because they got all butthurt and couldn't live up to their agreement like cowards who don't understand what it means to agree to a binding arbitration agreement?

You can try every form of cognitive dissonance, but, in your heart, you know you are wrong. Live up to your agreement, especially if you expect others to live up to theirs.....

I see a level headed, intelligent, independent thinker. His grasp on the negotiations process is grounded in reality, and far superior to the current usapa pie in the sky, which is based more on deciding what one wants and trying to 'will it.' I think he could be beneficilal for everyone, I hope he gets serious consideration.

Looks like this guys is putting out a mailing. Here is an advance copy I got from a CLT dude.

Interesting stuff...

Are you talking about the company DJ or do you think usapa can file another law suit with the company DJ still undecided?

Because once the DJ is decided that will be the list. So if the court says Nicolau that will be the list usapa must turn of to whoever we merge with.

For the life of me, I can't figure out where this guy stands, what exactly are the points he is trying to make, what, if any, plan he has and how he intends to implement it.

He should be happy that I am not based in CLT.

No Joint contract, No list! whether it be NIC, LOS, DOH, anything, this company is free to sell the chess pieces as it serves them! After all the F/A's don't have a joint list either, just a proposed list!

NYC, sounded like one of those LEADUSUNHIREABLES, mailers! MM!

Want to bet? That will be the next path to a new DFR. Just keep clickin' them heels, Dorothy. The land of DOH is just around the corner.....🙂
What is required to implement the contract? (Hint...why is it still not implemented today?) Never will be a DOH. Never will be an implemented NIC.
