Pi brat,

My current status permits me to participate in the Agency Fee Arbitration. If I was a Member in Good Standing I could not challenge USAPA's dues, which I believe are excessive because US Airways' pilots pay more in dues and assessments than any other pilot group in the entire U.S. During the last two years USAPA has lowered their Germane dues by 6.8%, which I believe is partly due to my participation, testimony, and written briefs filed with AAA's Arbitrator.

Right now I'm considering joining the Reform USAPA effort and giving up fighting USAPA's excessive dues, which would require me becoming a MIGS and pay the $100 initiation fee.

Ok, thanks again for answering, I thought that was where you were, but I didn't want to assume. I'm glad you're thinking about becoming a MIGS. IMO, fighting form within is a better option that fighting from the outside. While you may be right about the excessive dues, there are much bigger issues facing us that one, and you can only really change it from within. It's what I've been trying for years to tell my friends that are sitting on the sidelines.

A true disciple of Franke has again spoken. If only more like him were eastern pilots. Bill Frankes' new disciples could use them to do labor miracles. He will certainly and unfortunately benefit from the impending LOA 93 win.

I agree that the USAPA incumbants would not want such a survey. Which is why the spring elections, by serving as a referendum - will constitute a virtual survey - provided you are a MIGS.

If Cleary is on that ballot, with overwhelming West support, He is going to win. I'll leave it up to you to decipher the message that sends. He is way to Narcissistic to not run for re-election. It's a side effect of Bi-Polar disorder I'm told.

Nothing schizophrenic at all K. The allies did the same thing with Hitler. They had opportunities to kill him but they understood that leaving him in power would bring the war to an end much quicker. That's an inaccurate and misleading interpretation of both Hitler and WWII. Opportunities to kill him were botched or foiled or poorly executed (pun intended).

Don't fool yourself. Although I have been seeking a compromise solution almost from the beginning, and talking about applying the Golden Rule since before the representational election - I have been an outlier in this regard, well off the reservation.

If ALPA were still on the property and we had separate MEC's the Nicolau list would have been watered down by now, if not outright tossed to appease the masses out east by the corrupt national union (Prater). You guys preserved our seniority with the election of USAPA and Cleary is taking our advantage to new heights! Thank you so much!!

Allies K. I wasn't referring to Valkyrie. The allies held off on any assassination attempts. The Germans wanted him dead because they saw what he was doing to Germany.

I didn't bring you USAPA or Cleary, as I didn't vote for either. Oh wait, I did vote for Cleary over goat boy, Hobson's choice there. But, since they have been elected I've tried to work with them instead of just sling poo.

While I understand why some west pilots think Cleary is good for the fight for the Nic, I cannot see the logic in saying you love someone for making a statement like that. How can that statement do anything for you?

Some of you guys have Nic tunnel vision, just like some east have DOH tunnel vision. I wish we had some leaders that could help us all separate the NIC/DOH battle from everything else.
