Amazing band of merry men they got over there.

It's out. If anyone wants to I recommend calling TP. Both sides asked for executive seasons. USAPA asked because they lost and are trying to convince Kasher to alter his award. The company asked because they want the injunction in place prior to it being announced.
As soon as the injunction goes through, the company will let the results of LOA 93 be know.

I already assume a loss. You feign inside information, but the logic does not follow. If the Company just won the largest grievance (potentially) on this property, ever..why would they be leaking info as to the results? Nothing wrong with talking about the exectutive sessions being held, but why piss off the arbitratior before he makes his final ruling? Leaking a "final" result with executive sessions pending is a no no. Why risk any exposure to any loss by doing that, much less the ire of the arbitrator community?
You guys hit the nail in the head on the Hotel Grievance, so I am giving due credance to your claim "something" is out. You have your inside guys, no doubt. Might want to see if the parties all have pocket calculators going into the room for the executive sessions...might be telling. Or not.

As I said, panic and denial in the streets of PHX. Wait until eastern wins LOA. All the
Lenidas mailers will be in the breech of a spiked cannon.....
You going to be sitting out waiting for the Giant Pumpkin again this year?
I was looking through a box of old pictures tonight, being the anniversary of an old friend's death at the young age of 56.
It occured to me that even though I have all kinds of pics of days gone by.....lot's of good times with my kids, family, and friends......, they seem to stop at about the time of the merger. Nothing good has been recorded since about then.
What a screwed up merger! Life has to be better than this!
Not laying any blame anywhere, just an observation.

Exactly. Glad to see one of you actually able to read the tea leaves for once. Kashers decision will be utterly meaningless if he finds for uslappy. There is not a sliver of a chance Parker is going to pay. He can drag it out for years until the next merger. A joint contract, incisive of the nic. Award is the only ticket for an improved quality of life for all pilots of us air. Which I think most of us will agree, is never going to happen under the myopic, incompetent watch of USCABA.Just like Wolf's parity +1 Waterloo didn't last two months, even if we win LOA93 I can't believe there is any way the company would be unable to figure out how to reverse their misfortune. There is way too much money involved here for the facts to prevail, whatever they may be.

There is palpable panic in the western division. The boat is leaving with the eastern LOA win in the wings. I hear no eastern pilot interested in anything western offers. The end is near for the junior western Niclau dream. The senior western are ready for a contract that needs no Niclau.

And how do you know this illegal info? You have been asked this question about 2 weeks ago, with no reply.
You are suspect....noone believes you.
just FYI
