I really wish you would refrain from inserting Donn Butkovics' statements here. Although Donn is a practicing, licensed attorney, why should we give his words a second thought when we have Cleareddirect, BoingoBoingoBoy (sitting in his basement,) 700UW (stocking the stock room,) and Moved2CLT to weigh in on these matters. Theirs is obviously more knowledgeable input than a mere attorney who has negotiated union contracts before.
