So what if he has any hand in the AOL brochures? The brochures are FACTUAL, VERIFIABLE, PROVABLE, and TRUE. The addresses that AOL got can be purchased or researched for FREE. There's this little organization that you may have heard of: THE FAA. Every time you or I make any changes (addresses), we are required by law to report the changes (How do you suppose John & Martha King send you stuff on how to become a professional pilot?). Have you EVER gone to www.landings.com ? I can plug in any name from the Nicolau list & combine that with the information that shows DOB. It takes all of 2-10 minutes to find out where any one of you live. Duh! Winning!

Had Nic followed Brucia's advice it may have been enough to keep USAPA at bay, but he didn't so we don't know.

I'm blaming Nic, remember I said he had the tools he needed from ALPA? The policy could have been better, but Nic screwed up the integration. So we were supposed to take his feelings into account?

What does keeping usapa at bay have to do with anything? It is east pilots ALPA or usapa that demanded and still demand DOH. Are you saying that we would have stayed ALPA and you would have accepted the Nicolau if a couple hundred recalled furloughed east pilots had been given a year of credit? Or would we be ALPA but still fighting because you want even more?

You and several other easties make the same mistake - believing that you have the authority to decide if ALPA policy was followed (similiar to believing that the east and only the east can decide what "fair" is). Here's a hint - you don't have that power. Only the ALPA BOD does and they said that the policy was followed. You, Barrister, and others can say the policy wasn't followed till you're blue in the face, but that doesn't and won't make one bit of difference. A jury quickly saw clearly what USAPA was trying to do. What are the odds against a future jury doing the same?

See there boy, your ASSUMPTIONS lead you astray. I thought we were going down the wrong road in '07, so you have that WRONG too.

I never said anything about ssgate. I think it's plausible that Ken didn't know about the numbers, maybe not probable. It was an argument from another board. I showed him where he was wrong, he refused to admit it and continued to spread b.s.

As I said, I've already pointed out the brochures errors, but I will give you one: We were never promised DOH.
