But clear, the guys omnipotent. I knows what going on in a room when he's far away...compared to Wilder, Superman is a 98 lb blind, deaf, and dumb weakling...

I especially like the "It may...be true" that there's no one to separately represent the west in any negotiations, but what the hey - that's a minor detail hardly worth mentioning anyway...

Since all this latest "expert testimony" by Wilder wasn't in his famous blog post, I just wonder who's email he responding to and how biased that email was...BS wouldn't be making this bs up would he?

I see an autobiography in here somewhere. Omnipotent, "I knows," in a room far away, and hardly worth mentioning. (by the way, multiple "lol's"....? might want to either opt for a ghostwriter or cut back on that low T supplement.)

The BPR Regular Meeting notice released today had an agenda item, which said, "Determination of what firm will act as USAPA's "General Counsel," the BPR's access to the general counsel, and who will normally direct and oversee their activities."

In addition, there is a second agenda item of interest. Specifically, "Resolution on the selection and acquisition of Legal Firms and the requirement for BPR consultation and approval prior to the filing of lawsuits."

I thought Lee Seham's firm was USAPA's General Counsel. Why on earth would USAPA be telling the pilots there will be a determination of what firm will act as USAPA's "General Counsel" when the new agreements with special counsel Sarah Diane McShea and the accounting firm of Holtz, Rubenstein and Reminick were not voted on by the BPR until today, and these two firms (where there is no money allocated to pay them) have not begun their investigation into USAPA's alleged "bizarre" billing practices?

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut....

You are getting warm 320. Not quite there yet. But as you have already deduced, the main reason Seham is now on the outs is that Cleary did not want to be told "No." That and a certain very randy Officer canoodling with the hired (previously fired!) help. Thus the smoke screen of bad billing and theft. Can you say "yet another lawsuit" coming? Only the tip of the iceberg (Titanic reference intentional.)

I only believe about 10% of what you post, but that is 9% more than what USAPA Comm is putting out lately.

For the first time in a very long time, I am listening to you.

Boy you're swift. The BPR has only been lying to you for every second of their entire existence.

Greetings from reality!

I love Cleary.

Nothing is going to stick on $eham. He'll walk with his $10 million. Beautiful.

Ok, have some fun here.

But be clear, I am not talking about the "BPR," rather only Comm. The BPR also has 3 PHX reps..correct?

Touche! The BPR sure runs the gambit, from certifiable idiot to redneck turned airline pilot and there's even more than one decent, intelligent folk (in addition to the PHX reps!). Got the whole rainbow of East pilots on the BPR!

Comm chair however . . . . is a total total idiot.

So you nut jobs are going to fire usapas architect? This can't be very good for your doh quest

Probably good information here. Could Isom be speculating on the 25/month new hires based on the added effect of the new rest FAR's going into effect sometime next year? Has anyone done any ciphering as to what affect these rules will have on our (East + West) staffing needs?

Very curious,

'bota

If you look at the permanent bid packets for the east, there is attrition every bid, just not age 65 attrition which is where the bigger numbers are. Generally, more people go out on medical than return and there is a dribble of early retirements (at least I assume so since the bid packet doesn't say how many change their mind). I haven't really tracked the numbers, but 5-10 a month sounds about right. At the high end of that, and looking ahead toward the age 65 retirements kicking in, there may be a need for no more than about 200 replacements in 2013. But till toward the end of 2012 the dribble of hiring is about all you can expect. Assuming the fleet size remains static (+/- 1 or 2 planes), which I assume will be the case. Any changes up or down more than that would obviously alter the numbers needed. No more than 10% of attrition is needed for training float with a static fleet, and the lead time is 2-3 months, i.e., 100 line pilot retirements and 30 early/medical means no more than 13 pilots for the training float in 2013.

Oh, that's just east BTW.

Jim
