Here is an indisputable fact: US Airways never filed Ch 7 bankruptcy. They never liquidated. They merged with AWA, exited bankruptcy and continued to operate as................US Airways.

This is getting old for everyone so I'm going to concede that you don't know what you are talking about and end this conversation. ;-)

I'd normally say "You can't be that dense" to a comment like that but seeing as how it's you the answer is obvious...and you even got a +1 vote from someone - Nosuma-pollo? Claxon? Luv9er? Obviously one of the "We have no idea what we're talking about but just can't stop flapping our lips" crowd.

So somebody besides USAPA is the bargaining representative of the former HP pilots? Why is USAPA getting their dues money - I'm sure they'll be glad to know that they can stop giving USAPA money since USAPA isn't their representative. You better send Cleary a note though, so he doesn't have a heart attack when the westies stop paying dues since they've got their own bargaining representative.

I've conceded to your emotionally tainted posts long ago and accept the fact that its hard for you to distinguish your fantasy from fact. Though I cannot imagine what its like to perpetually lose or give back one thing after another, I can imagine it is frustrating and thus it make you prone to childish outbursts. But, like I said, I've come to expect that from you and every other eastie out there.

US Airways had about two weeks of operating cash and wouldn't have survived had the merger fallen through. In fact, AWA was making your payroll starting in July to make sure you made it into September with some cash left. So you owe Parker a great debt of gratitude.

No, there is no one to speak for the west. You have 5 pilots suing USAPA and other pilots voluntarily contributing to their legal fund. No one represents anyone.

There is no one that can speak for the west pilots other than our USAPA representatives. You have no evidence other than a bit of stupid logic.

Look Move, I'm sure your smart enough to know it's over for you guys we already have DOH here which is working very well here, your AOL group is hurting the rest of your airline, most of the west pilots I ask when I see them in CLT agree. By the time this is all over in the courts you will wind up in the same place except you would have not wasted so much money. Now if we win we will still try to bring you up to our pay, so at least you have that going for you, which is nice. Things will be alright soon, trust me.
