Yes, membership does have its privileges. Injunction, highest dues in the industry, censorship, no contract, FPL vampires, perpetual LOA93, etc.

I have called senators, representatives, the Dept. of Labor, etc. They ALL tell me ONE THING: contact your labor union...to which I laugh hardily. I am a member in good standng. My union is in the RED because they have overspent the money that we have trusted them with. In this case, membership has few privlieges.

One hammer down. One likely to be next. Gee, I hope Mikey has satisfied the courts instructions....I don't think he would fare well in prison. He's just too pretty.

I am not going to quote or read the entire Leonidas screed. The second paragraph clearly states USAPA is being sued by the WEST PILOTS, and the company. Interesting how the west posters and BB state over and over " THERE IS NOBODY ON THE WEST WHO CAN SPEAK FOR WEST PILOTS". Here is the evidence there is. Thank you for admitting it Mover.

Can you read and understand english? Are you a pilot? You do know the difference between has and is?

The west is not currently suing usapa.

Second point of your stupidity. Has there been an NMB election giving Loenidas the LEGAL ability to negotiate for the west. Because without an NMB vote no one from the west has the legal authority to make a deal with usapa. Leonidas represent the west class of pilots in court. If Leonids were to ever attempt to negotiate away from the Nicolau I would sue both Leonidas and usapa. Any deal they made would not be legally binding.
