Look Move, I'm sure your smart enough to know it's over for you guys we already have DOH here which is working very well here, your AOL group is hurting the rest of your airline, most of the west pilots I ask when I see them in CLT agree. By the time this is all over in the courts you will wind up in the same place except you would have not wasted so much money. Now if we win we will still try to bring you up to our pay, so at least you have that going for you, which is nice. Things will be alright soon, trust me.

The Leonidas are not hurt our airline. usapa is hurting our airline. Leonidas is saving the west portion of it. I would same the same thing to you. The courts are going to uphold the Nicolau so the east pilots will be in the same exact position you would be just many millions of dollars poorer and several years older.

I have yet to talk to a west pilot that agrees with you. I bet I know more westies than you do. Question. If all these supposed west pilots you talk to agree that AOL is hurting the airline why are the donations still rolling in?

Read the Leonidas mailer. It clearly says the WEST pilots are suing. Now you say not. If the WEST pilots suing is not a legal entity,then you better put individual names on it like Move2armageddon, or FODASE or some other name. Is every single west pilot suing?

Can you read and understand english. It says the west pilots have sued usapa not currently suing. If you could read and understand english I would suggest that you take a few legal courses and find out what a class certification means. There were 6 individually named pilots that sued usapa in the Addington. So you got your wish. Yes all west pilots sued usapa as a class. Certified by the federal court. That is going to happen again in Silver's court.

Besides who cares if the there is anyone on the west the could make a deal. You guys are winning right? No need to make a deal even if the west wanted to. So sit back and wait for your prize.

You said that there is someone besides USAPA to bargain for the westies, BS. So what does USAPA's agency shop have to do with them? Are you now admitting that you were wrong? What 35K X 4 years or 140k..plus 2weeksX4yrs=8 extra weeks vacation...plus..plus..plus..

We would have had to hire rather than furlough, just to cover vacations......and we would be negotiating our second contract by now, if we were not already on it.

And, I do not think the ALPA negotiated 80% of the contract the idiots at usapa walked from was as low an offer as the Kirby, so really you missed out on even more.

Complete idiots to throw away over a 150k and an extra 2 months vacation so that Cleary Theur and Bradford can try and steal my job. But hey, you are loyal to the scab wannabees, so suck it up and enjoy LOA93, cause that is all your scab enabling behavior is ever going to get you.

You have got to be kidding me. The Kirby! Really? I thought you westies said the Kirby was a non-starter. No min fleet, same EMB rates, no increase in DC contributions and as soon as they shrunk PHX, the bump and flush you were looking for. No thanks.

while you're at it, how about telling us how you are going to overcome the enormous/insurmountable obstacle of ever getting a majority vote to even consider the nic? maybe you don't realize what the company knows; the division is worse than ever and there is no possibility of it ever happening. and if loa93 does in fact come out in our favor, where does that leave you?

Lots of talk at amr lately. guys trying to retire in droves. rumors on the street of a possible U involvement. if we ever get teamed up with them does the west even want to be considered or sold off? do you think parker is so much of a buddy that he will take care of you even if it means deep sixing any possible deal? better hope so.

The East pilots who were furloughed before the merger stole the jobs of the West pilots who are furloughed now.

If the East had not reneged on the mutually agreeded upon seniority arbitration process those West pilots would be working today.

It looks like USAPA isn't doing its homework that's due on Tuesday. Between paying $420 an hour for the new law firm (twice what Seham was paid before he was given the boot and audited) and the impending fines that are coming from being in contempt of court, USAPA will be financially insolvent and Cleary will be in jail.

And those little DP badge backers you guys are carrying around are already in the company's hands. Another bit of evidence to show his honor on Tuesday. Its fantastic how ready your fellow east pilots are to submit text messages, emails, and backers to the company to be used as evidence against their own union.
