Correction: Yep, that was me the lier.
I don't really like to make grammar correction as most of the time they are flukes. But when the consistency is apparent, I feel the need to help out.

As you are already making a fool of yourself with the scab hunt within your own ranks (and putting on a great show doing it btw), I will help you out of the goodness of my heart.

If you want to keep calling me a "lier" then that's fine. Grammatically, you are correct. But if you want to get the point across that your obviously small mind is trying to make then you might want to change "lier" to "liar".

Remember, that lier and liar are two different things.

Why are you east guys not helping your own? Couldn't you do the courtesy of a PM asking him to correct his mistake and stop making a fool of himself?

I can tell you exactly how that happened: The Transition agreement. Go read it, and you will understand. Separate operations until a joint contract.Sections II and VI.

Yes, this has cost us all million. You can blame the east, but the fact is that you guys had a hand in the TA, and that TA allowed what happened. But it's easier being a complete victim.

You know what you can do with your claim that I stole my captain position. Under separate ops it could not be filled with a westie. We still have separate ops, hence no thief.

Pi, I really do not like to respond to most of your post because you are almost as reasonable as say Piedmont1984 and similar posters, and I do not like to rile what amounts to the only east posters with any measure of sanity, particulary ones such as yourself who saw the RICO for what it was and fought against that kind of discrimination. But, since I threw the jab by mentioning you specifically in my post you are repling to here,,,well here goes.

You are correct, the TA calls for seperate ops until a JCBA. However, the TA's intent was not to allow a prolonged seperate operations. That idea first came about when a certain ALPA BOS rep declared that is how the NIC would be handled. With a permanent seperate ops. The same rep who became a usapa advocate, and might be guilty of dual unionism, and the theft from ALPA of the West pilots contact info?????

But, specifically on the topic of seperate ops. Who decided to prolong seperate ops well past any "transition" period, and why? I would argue that it was the east pilots by voting in usapa, and they did it to specifically avoid the NIC, while reaping more benefits of the merger while handing the West the bill for the mergers liabilities.


On a completely different topic. The back and forth with Boeingboy is getting old. I totally get the child molester by association thing, and it was wrong to make that implication. But, BB is under no obligation to be the board moderator. Just as I am under no obligation to call out Move2clt for over the top post. If we had to self moderate this board, perhaps you would call out Claxon when he makes a comment like.."all Franke air pilots either had no degree, had a violation or a conviction, or all three". C'mon, Claxon is a liar and makes completely false post every time she hits the add reply tab, but nobody is calling you out on it. Yet, you keep calling out BB for not picking apart over the top West posts? I do not get that.

No wonder my post rate is so damn high! Its having to deal with posters like mikey and having to explain rudimentary details to him.

In a cruel ironic twist, Parker's justification for merging with USAirways was a mistake, but would be perfect justification for merging with AMR. With AMR, the vultures are a threat, but with US, they would have been an ally.

Yep, I have no idea where I came up with the idea that you said AW was heading to "obliivion".

Into that merger US took it's 400 million or so in cash, it's fleet, it's established route structure, it's membership into the Start Alliance, it's code share with UA. AWA took it's similar items, but for no money down, it became part of a much bigger airline, with much more breath and scope and the top management got to stay.

There it is again - US put in "400 million or so in cash" while AW put "no money down". Gee, I thought that AWH had cash too - must have just disappeared...

Why don't you ask them when AWH would have liquidated? You ask everybody else that even hints that AWH was in financially better shape than US...

Thanks for the compliment.

I agree that the purpose of the TA was not delay the merger, but a transition guide. The problem, as I see it, is that it is indeed part of our contract, and it does allow for what is happening. It has language for allowing it to be amended if the company and the association agree, but what are the chance of that happening.

You're right about Jim and me, and I'm done with that. The thing is, this entire board is the same thing! People not accepting what we have an were we are and arguing about what SHOULD be. That's what frustrates me with you posting that someone "stole" something. Under what we Have and will Have for a while, as allowed by the law and our contract, no one has stolen anything.
